Ingredients:
1 medium onion (1 1/2 cup)
1 medium carrot (1 cup)
1 celery stalk
4 garlic cloves
1 cup chopped parsley (add more for garnishing)
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp kosher salt (add more to taste)
1 tsp Italian seasoning (thyme, rosemary, sage, oregano, basil)
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup dry white wine
28 oz canned crushed tomatoes
4 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups hot water
1 cup whole milk
1 cup parmesan cheese (add more for garnishing)
spaghetti (or your favorite pasta) + 2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil for pasta
