三層番薯糕
300克 橘色番薯
300克 紫色番薯
300克 黃色番薯
420克木薯粉
60克粘米粉
225克糖
600毫升椰奶
300克清水
4分之3小匙鹽
首先將三色番薯去皮洗淨並放入鍋裡蒸上20分鐘至軟後取出一份備用,把140克木薯粉,20克粘米粉,75克糖,200毫升椰奶,100克清水,4分之1小匙鹽
相同用料準備3份,把紫色番薯以及粉漿用料一併倒入料理機裡一混合攪拌至幼滑,用上10寸糕盤並在盤裡抹上油鋪上蛋糕紙將已攪拌均勻的粉漿倒入糕盤裡,放入預先燒開的鍋裡蒸上15分鐘, 第二層是黃色層以同樣之前的方法取出黃色番薯以及粉漿用料倒入料理機裡一同混合攪拌至幼滑,把黃色的粉漿倒入紫色層上面並蒸上15分鐘,第三層是橙色番薯以同樣之前的方法取出橙色番薯以及粉漿用料倒入料理機裡一同混合攪拌至幼滑,把橙色的粉漿倒入黃色層上面並蒸上20分鐘後取出冷後切件,就可享用,謝謝

300g orange sweet potato
300g purple sweet potato
300g yellow sweet potato
420g tapioca flour
60g sticky rice flour
225 grams sugar
600ml coconut milk
300 grams of water

The third layer is orange sweet potato. Take out the orange sweet potato and the syrup ingredients in the same way as before, and pour them into the food processor and mix together until smooth. 要用新鮮現買的椰奶,如放入冷凍,只可以当天用,过於结冰会出油,蒸好的之后就会分层,我的份量是多次最终調配,乛
