Bruno has arrived where he can, as long as you have a lot of discipline, patience and the desire to build serious and honest work. He's a talent, a guy to be inspired and decidedly, he was my best student. May God continue to bless.🙏🤘

The reverse ton was because Bruno had a Brazilian Teacher called Pipe Joares, a friend of mine by the way, who always played with reverse ton and Bruno was inluenced by him.

Bruno is awesome! That bar at 9:30 has something really tricky: always he plays the snare, he doesn't play the bass drum. The 16ths are distributed between bass and snare. It's a very difficult bass drum pattern. He does this again 2 or 3 times later.

I like when you vocalize to explain stuff, don't worry about it =D. Also, I had no idea of what was going on starting at 11:25! Hahaha I would love to hear your comments on that, because I'm always lost when great drum players start doing all these notes and variations at the same time. I can literally feel my brain shuting down and telling me: don't even try to understand, dude!

great drumming by Bruno, as usual. His work in Angra is the tastiest in terms of overall sound production, good mix of techniques and creativity. He and Aquiles are good friends and they admire each other very much. As for the reason he plays reveresed tom is because he leads mostly with the right hand for interplay with the cymbals. He is just like that, it's not a traditional grip thing, as people who don't play the drums tend to think. He likes the mix all the 3 levels of the kit (cymbals, toms, bass drum) somewhat equally. Having splashes on the left side give him opportunity to balance the ride cymbal on the right when playing double bass patterns (he does that a LOT, but never the same figures, it's insane). and about the seven time: EVERYBODY counts with their mouth hahahaha \,,\
