Select your console when the site asks for you to log in. If you log in your info manually it wont work.

I play on Xbox and the trade doesn’t work can’t msg to set up a trade with out an error! For weeks now no trade!!!!!!

@@alinlazaroiu5924 you got kick from the server. You only have 8 minutes to make any trade or you'll get that error.

I have trouble using the site on my xbox. When I go to copy a direct whisper on an item, nothing happens on chat in game. I also tried signing in online on the website from my phone and still nothing. Am I missing something on how to direct whispered and paste it to chat on xbox?

It's not you. Trade us broken overall. But If you go to the trade site from the menu in game, you only have to hit direct whisper once and jump back into the game and you'll see your DM in chat. You'll also see a notification at the bottom of the screen if it goes though. You only have 8 minutes to do it or your kicked from servers. If you do it from your phone. You can see the DM show up in the in game chat box live also.

@EAZUP mine doesn't work. When I do that from in game and go to the trade site, the copy direct whisper/direct whisper button, nothing is pasted or put in my chat on xbox. They have a lot to fix. They should just post a trade board up like in poe1, but I know it's early access.

When I click trade website on my Xbox in game. It tells me I am not allowed to open external websites. Other people have this issue and all my settings are as open as they can be. Do you know of this issue or any potential fix? Thanks for the help.

@@EAZUP Yeah the only way I’ve been able to access the trade website is through my phone and laptop. Seems like most of Xbox players are experiencing this issue. I’m completely new to POE. Does the trade website function the same if using a laptop when trying to direct whisper someone for a trade or do you need to be on console? Again appreciate the response and help man.

@Bjorndog any time. As of right now Yes we are all having this problem now . I've emailed them a few times and others have too. The Poe2 Console forums on their site has a lot of people talking about it also. So they know it's a problem we just have to wait for a fix.

@@ДанилаИванов-я7й you need a premium stash tab to sale stuff. Once you have one. Open it then. Click in the right thumb stick and hit left on the D pad. This opens the set up menus. Set the tab to public. And you're good to go. When it works there are some bugs with trade right now so sometimes you'll be locked out of the trade site when trying to log in thu the game menu

hey boss, I need your help. I can’t find the the people in game when I try to search their usernames to whisper them.

@@DonDaDonn the username is their in-game character name is not the PSN or Xbox id.. So if your character name is Nicetry. You'll have to use that to whisper. Note if they are on PC I've noticed that when they are AFK a notification will pop up letting you know on the trade site.

I’m on Xbox and I’ve been trying and I’ve been looking at stuff from the trading site and when I try to click on the whisper somebody it gives me some type of error saying you need to be in game to do this action I can offer for a love of God figure out how to trade Cause I was trying to buy a couple an amulet you have plus the spirit and stuff on it for one exult and I can’t do it it won’t. I don’t know how to do it. It’s so complicated on consult. It’s ridiculous. I don’t understand why they just didn’t do the lockbox thing like you talked about in the video that seems so easy why can’t you just implement that like you did the first one? Why would you change it? I’m so frustrated because I can’t trade for nothing and it’s pissing me off.

@@JoblessBuhdda I hear ya. You got that error because it times out for us. When you try to use the trade site you only have 8 minutes to find your items and hit the DM button or your kicked from the server. For Xbox you have to go to the site find the items and hit the Xbox home screen button on the controller then re open the game.from the menu there..... You have 8 minutes. It fucking sucks ass.

What happens after you whisper? Do you have to sit there and stare at that item or do get a notification? Where do you get the invite from them?

Sorry I didn't get to your message sooner. My bad . But you'll get an invite from the person that wants the items or money. You'll see the DM in the chat window . The name will be highlighted in blue. The system sucks overall I hope they fix it like poe 1
