the fact that spell damage modifiers can apply to this RF is pretty busted. while most gems get a play style changes, this one is a massive buff. really don't understand their thought process on this one.

Yep. It allows you to use controlled destruction, pain attunement, inner conviction etc. You could even frenzy and power charge stack with dual void batteries, inner conviction and with ralakesh boots, still have the frenzy charges.

I may have no experience with mana stacking (which is why I wish ARF was part of new gems part 1, so we had time prior to league start to experiment with new builds), but I'm starting to really like the idea of a mana pool based RF Hierophant that has access to Pain Attunement's damage multiplier and other spell damage related benefits. I'm hyped to see what ARF builds come out and if they can top the old gem level scaling version of RF in DPS. It probably won't be easy compared to pre-3.23 Juggernauts using Forbidden Flesh/Flame to get Berserker's Aspect of Carnage ascendancy for ridiculous damage.

With the new 40% cool down on Superior infernal cry gem, I run that with deep breaths annoint on my amulet and the cool down is only 4.7 seconds!

RF always have had the same issue, there’s no way to scale damage, it gets to a point where it’s very expensive just to improve 2% and is not worth putting 40divs, better invest that into another build.

What is atm the best class for RF build as a totally beginner without any lvl gear, divs or chaos: Jugg or Inq? Cause didnt find a pure noob lvl guide and build. Many guides are only endgame and havnt a "watch for" item guide, so i didnt know what to take and how to fill the links.

is the relekesh's impatience boots + power charge stacking + charms with 4% aoe per power charge x3 charms viable you think? Would get 120% aoe if we could get 10. I'm also looking at The Adorned unique jewel and getting as many jewel slots as i can. You can get 15% inc max mana per magic jewel and then roll fire dot multi on the other roll per jewel.
