Deepest respect from the studio to you, Mortismal! The amount of effort and love you've invested into our game is immesureable, and we are truly honoured to have such a dedicated author work with us throughout all these years. We are really grateful for all that you're doing. Thank you, best of luck on this new adventure, and of course, looking forward to see you with us again where the road takes us next!

The only thing I'm asking for is a updated worst and best archetype review, the game has changed a tiny bit so it might be nice to see a general overview of the changes. And another thing is pretty niche but a update to the legal exploit video that was made a while ago Found this channel through playing DOS2 and I wanted to find out the lore of the Divinity universe and your channel was a great source of it. Thanks for being one of my favorite content creators and I hope that the next chapter of your life is nothing but good things

When WOTR came out, I was wanting to find some content on it on KZbin. As you said, no one was covering it. I saw your channel and decided to give it a go and was shocked at how well done everything was. Not because it was high production value like some other channels, but that it had the mix of "dude who just wants to talk about games" and "can make videos that aren't cringy to watch." Something that is still rare to this day. Your channel is still really relateable with how you view games. As for content - possibly going over the archetypes that have since been buffed? Especially the ones that had broken mechanics fixed. Maybe something like "most improved archetypes since launch" to give it a searchable title.

cRPG’s are and have been my favorite type of games for many, many years. I was honestly surprised when I saw the 100% on some of those games, given the size, depth and difficulty of some of them. I’ve really enjoyed watching this channel grow, and rely on it often when deciding whether something is worth my time. I don’t have as much of that these days, so it’s really important that I have some understanding of what I will enjoy. This channel shares a lot of my values when it comes to ‘good gaming’ so I really appreciate it. There are thousands and thousands of games out there, and more coming every day. The saturation can get overwhelming without good reviews

Do what you want to do mate. You making those early videos, that taught me so much about Pathfinder (even with a bit of 3.5e knowledge, but gave up on it when it got really wanky), was kinda awesome. Your style, your honesty, and your ability to truly cover games top to bottom, is great. As a "games journalist", you are amazing at your job, even if you never thought of yourself as that. I'll always take your general thoughts and descriptions of games as a reference to what a game of a genre is, before any other reviews. Not putting a pedestal under you, just glad there are actually honest reviews of games, with a huge amount of knowledge and playtime on them, from your own point of view. Cheers. That's valuable to us all.

Your WotR vids are what brought me here. Its funny about the secret endings, for kingmaker i stumbled into the secret ending on my first playthrough, went into the system files while in HATEOT to adjust the relationship scores because i wanted the twins ending for relationship but still got the secret chapter. For wotr i had to follow a(your) guide as id never wouldve gotten it. I remember needing to skip a whole year because the the time i wouldve been able to get to the last dungeon was like 3 days past the time window for secret ending.

BG3 is a bit more open mechanichally (stack boxes, push people, throw people, etc), but WotR is more crunchy, so there's more freedom in making builds. Even if you don't multiclass, you still have the option of like 10 different mythic paths, and SO MANY classes and archetypes. They are a bit hard to compare in that sense, but I enjoyed WotR way more than what I played from BG3. WotR also has some QoL features BG3 doesn't have. For me is map travel, so its easier to navigate maps in WotR than BG3.

@@Megaman8880 I can't say much in that regard as I only played act 1 of BG3. But even comparing both act 1s feels weird. Both of them get assaulted by a clearly evil faction, but WotR does feel more dire with the constant assault and having to free people from demons. While the goblins in BG3 are mostly chillin'. You CAN ally yourself with the goblins, which you can't do with the demons. But there are no constant antagonist in BG3 like Minyago and Stalhton are in WotR. But I did like WotR more, I think. Something (what is most likely done by others maybe even you) what would be interesting is: - Build ideas for every companion there is. With few options like "pure" build without dipping other classes and with some dipps. Also how they fit together (meaning everyone do not use same weapon or share same role in the party) Naturally using roleplaying aspest in it. So they do not have to be "most OP you can create" but more like I have my PC Winter Witch with Lich as mythic path in "evil" (also first) run. So that would include things like "who would work together based on your aligment" kind of things also.

Your videos are always great. I think it would be helpful for people like myself to do a welcome back to the game video. As is often the case I haven't played this game extensively in a year or more and a video that goes over key features of the game as well as any changes to it would be a godsend for people like myself. I'm sure I'm not the only one who often get busy and fall off of playing massive rpgs like this, and wants to come back to them without either having to start over from the beginning just to relearn the game or spend hours on my own relearning it at a much more difficult point in the game. Obviously it might be something to consider as a series for other massive CRPGS as well. Thanks again for everything you do.

Hey man, I’m currently playing through the game and having a blast. I would never had even had a clue where to start without your guides and in general for CRPGs as a whole. You got me into trying Wasteland 3 and now this is my favourite genre of game. Looking forward to the next run of videos celebrating this masterpiece.

Thank you so much for your video on starting this game, I actually managed to beat it and I'll start making my way through the dlcs soon! I had a blast when I finished but I don't think I would've made it past act 2 without understanding the systems.

Thanks for telling me about what you knew about the necromancer mythic path during that livestream all the way back then. Been watching your channel ever since. Love your 100% reviews.

I really hope to see your idea of a skald (including the new archetype and the court poet) azata concept... how you would make it and how different you would play them.

You are the only reason i had enough patience, to wrap my head around the pathfinder system and think about builds and at least be able to beat core difficulty. Thanks for that because otherwise i would have missed the best crpg (with BG2 and BG3). If you have the time i would love to see a video about your compagnions (not mercs) and builds now with the max options available in the game. Having min/max mercs for me never is fun, because i feel like loosing the soul of an crpg, if i play only mechanics and not story as well.

I'd like to see a quick video on the pet updates, and whether or not they've improved some. ie. The Monitor Lizard got Grapple on its bite, among more changes for every pet. I found the Velociraptor is great now (It can't be hit by attacks of opportunity), because you can send it into the back line and assassinate casters. Helps a lot early!

I discovered this channel back during the Beta when I was hungering for info I hadn't yet discovered, and Thanks to the channel, I've found a fair few games that I have gotten since. Overall, a most excellent relationship.

Yeah, this is the content that got me into your channel! I really loved learning to play this game while using your content as a guide. I'm doing another playthrough now - or trying to, it IS a very long game. Regarding additional WOTR content, I think it would be great to hear your thoughts on different party compositions you've used or can recommend.

Thank you for all your time and dedication in creating your videos. Your channel is what prompted me to Pathfinder and Baldur’s Gate 3. This may be a difficult request but I hope you can do a story summary for the companions as I am far too busy these days to catch up with them and actually play the final DLC. Either way, may you wander with wisdom. And happy days for you and your family

Glad to hear you'll be making build videos. I've had this game on my hardrive awhile now, but hadn't gotten into it yet, because we had BG3 and a bunch of other releases that took my attention, but it sounds like this might be the perfect time to finally dig into it.

I have been really looking forward to a Final Impressions and Story series on this game from you and I'm stoked the time has finally come! I'd also enjoy you doing play-by-plays for some of the harder mechanical achievements (water elemental fight, playful darkness, etc)

Thank you for making this video and reminding me of this game. I put about 40 hours into it before dropping it. Life got in the way of enjoying something this big and complex. Now that I’ve got some more time on my hands I’ll get back to it! Wish you the best of luck in your next chapter!

I'd actually like to see a video about the story, the "top moments" or twist that you haven't expected, took you by surprise or you where waiting for and it was just as good or better than expected!

Your guides for this game helped me get into it. I bounced off of Kingmaker when it came out and only got a bit into the second chapter, but I'm pretty close to finishing WOTR on a character that's actually turned out pretty strong. I definitely would love to see a PF2e CRPG at some point since it's a much more intuitive system that I really like playing tabletop, but these 1e games are still fantastic. Hope everything keeps working out for you. Looking forward to your new content on WOTR.
