I have been watching ur videos for a while now and I gotta say they are very good. The way u explain things makes it so easy to understand. Is there any way u can do more videos on pathophysiology specifically on diseases? That would be awesome. Thanks

Great Video! Apologies for butting in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you considered - Renophia Seyoe Rule (probably on Google)? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for boosting your kidney function without the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my cousin after many years got astronomical success with it.

Sir, you explained that role of Prostglandins is vasodilatation in Afferent arterioles in glomerulus. But Sir, protaglandins are useful for renin secretion which cause vasoconstriction by RAAS axis. Moreover, Sir, what is the basis of using low dose aspirin in PET ?

Thank you so much for the video. I had a quick question : what about NSAIDs being the cause of hypertension in people who are 'dry' ie, who don't had CHF ? my attending said that they act on 'another site' ( other than glomerulous) causing hypertension in such people ? could you please explain that ?

+Fifi Mazhandu the hepatorenal syndrome causes vasoconstriction of the afferent artery so the kidney gets very little flow of blood and that how it can cause an AKI. :
