Idk I've always thought it's pretty obvious that content creators have to be self motivated, creative, interesting and be a jack of all trades. Like you have to know about technology including cameras, audio, lighting, computers, software, marketing, social media, algorithms etc etc etc You've got to put a lot of effort in!
