Amen on this. I was hustling, working insane hours, climbing, making my bosses happy etc and I was f’n miserable. I was so burnt out, so stressed and thought I was a queen for it. I thought because I never took me time and sacrificed my relationships with friends, family and my passions and hobbies that I was successful. But that’s just systemic thinking. Since deprogramming myself and stepping in to who I am and what I love I’ve never been happier, more fulfilled and therefore successful. I now work full time for myself in my dream career in music. And I take time for myself, my friends, my family and I just learned to love myself and being in my own essence.
