I’ve always wondered what happens to the woman he says hello to at the end of this scene. Why did he leave Evelyn behind? Was it the same night as the dinner scene? The ambiguity adds so much to the creepiness.

@@MDE_never_dies maybe if you meet someone at a bar, chat with them for an hour or two and get a feel for them, but to go home with a guy you just passed on the street like that, that is dangerous as hell. But some women are attracted to danger and they pay for it.

Since the movie takes place in 1987 its impressive he's listening to "Simply Irresistible" by Robert Palmer considering it came out early summer 1988. And "Fore" came out in 1986,not '87. That shouldn't be too hard to get right.

Around the time the film was set, Sri Lanka suspended diplomatic relations with Israel until Israel withdrew from Palestinian-occupied territory. They closed down the Israeli embassy in early 1990. Israelis weren't massacred back then, but Tamils were. Price is mentioning it simply because it's obscure and he's hoping to make Stash and Vanden look like uneducated fools by bringing up something they know nothing about.
