Gotta love your content, Patrick! One of the things I can add on here is that knowing who you are calling gives you confidence. A lot of cold callers include asking if they are talking to the right person as part of their opening spiel, and turns out to be someone they're not. Using a reverse phone number lookup would be of a great help to ensure that you are calling the right lead.

I watch your videos before work in the morning and they have really helped although one thing I must say is, at least here in the UK, we would never ask if we caught the person at a bad time because they would 99.999% of the time use that as an excuse to get off of the phone 😂

Yup, you basically have two jobs. 1) book appointments with potential customers 2) close them. Focus on those two and you’ll be alright
