What a pleasure to behold Patrick, your mountain videos must be without a shadow of doubt rank as the best on youtube, they show it the way it is, having spent many times up on Kinder in my younger years walking but never camping I do appreciate how quickly the weather can change, I just love to watch your videos, so entertaining , informative, interesting and relaxing to watch especially when having a few small Jack Daniels curled up in front of the fire, thanks again Patrick for a journey into the hills and mountains, thanks for sharing, Mike

Great bit of wild camping. And there's no challenge if you just go camping in the summer. It's the weather that makes it in a way. Wild weather for wild camping.👍

Yes agree there, as the weather turns then the hills empty and your real wild camping gets underway. It feels more of a adventure as the temperature drops and the wind gets up, knowing that making a mistake with kit or technique's then the consequence can be more serious...... all the best Pat

@@patrickdickinson6492 Never once had I thought of having a pint after the first leg of a walk, much less shortening that leg to 5 minutes. I'll not only take your lead on this one, Patrick, I'll also likely have a second pint just so that I'm totally relaxed before heading out on my second leg. And if, by chance or by design, there's another pub down the path along the way, I'll surely allow myself to be drawn in for another. For stopping in for a pint is to remain on the way. Cheers.

Great to see the return of the amber nectar / ale. It's not the alcohol but that it is a symbol of relaxing, taking a moment, a breather. 'What is this life if, full of care, We have no time to stand and stare'. It's the whole process from entering the drinking establishment, landing the full pint on the table, the first sip delicately savoured to the inevitable 'I might just get another'. The scenery again has been well captured expertly despite the odds. You are getting the balance between the component parts of each episode. Everything seems well planned and executed in a timely fashion. Well done and keep it up!

Hello Again Patrick Another suberb vid, super drone vids and the music fitted in perfect. It amazes me where you put all that food, you must have to dig a very big hole in the morning 🙂 Very best wishes and long may they continue - Jn

The scenery was outstanding Pat and you captured it well. I watched with my daughter and she was panicking in case the wind blew you off the ledge. Another fantastic video Pat and as always thanks for taking us with you. Take care, Iain Christie.

Excellent video again Pat. Loving the drone footage. The views are amazing. What a spot to pitch too. I like a rocky ledge as well. Burgers are great camp food. I put Heinz™️ baconaisse sauce on. It’s the future. Shame the weather turned on you. I’ve only bivvied once this year. It’s definitely soulo time though. Great watch. Thanks for sharing. PS should call your car “the Patmobile” 🦇. I’ll get me coat 🧥 👍
@patrickdickinson64922 жыл бұрын
The "Patmobile " I like it, at least I can leave it knowing nobody will knick it. Yes I think the Soulo will be out next camp, love bivvying but it's better when it's dry and finer weather . Love these mini adventures, makes life so interesting and enjoyable..... thanks Pat 😊
