Fernando is underrated. It's one of the best map for bow hunters. Dense bushes and mountain areas doesn't involve bustle and running around. Only peace and quiet.

I think cuatro colinas is the best beginner map for new players. Its got a charm to it. Otherwise I think this list is good.

The craziest thing happened on my Te Awaroa. I had not one, not 2, but 3 diamond feral goats at the same lake. Unfortunately I shot the 1st one with the M1 as I kept thinking they were class 4, but the other 2 did make diamond (the 1st did but as I said I botched it).

Devs should make extra areas that expand the maps, these areas will cost game money (makes all the grinding worth it) in these new areas they could add new species. E.g expansion for savanna would have elephants, zebras, baboons even hippos (very dangerous) This way we will have reasons to buy maps.. Just a thought 🤷‍♂️

I understand that mostly Americans think of layton as a great or supreme map but honestly it's as bad as hirshfelden or even worse, huge thick brushes enormys lakes you wahve to walk around to claim the trophy and only 2 uniqe animals. It's not bad but defginitly not as good as ppl say

Personally I love Hersh and it's my favourite bow hunting map, but I agree Layton is awful and probably my least favourite map. Hate the landscape with all the water and long reeds, lakes are too big and a pain to hunt and don't care for any of the species on there.

I used to like Parque when I first played it. But after going through enough of the missions to unlock the Rangemaster and Gaucho Magnum, I got pretty tired of it. In 2022 I might have placed it in the B tier but now I'd put it in D for sure.

Anyone here who isn't Crow play the game long enough to remember when EW would occasionally add new animals to existing maps (you know, like when Gemsbok and Lions got added)? I can think of stuff that could be added to all the maps (really want feral Camels in Australia myself), but am I right to assume we can all agree EW should add some new animals to New England Mountains? I doubt it'll become a high tier map if they do but at least it'll get some relevance

Honestly I completely agree with most of this list and I think Yukon is one of the most painful maps in the game for me because its so close to being perfect (If they did a Northern Canada map right I think it would be my favorite) Honestly I do think New England is kinda underrated because its so fun to go in the fields and call things in and shoot them. Im not a grinder so I don't think I appreciate Te Awaroa as much as most people but its definitely not as bad as some people say I think with tahr hopefully itll be an A tier. But since I like big game animals like class 6-9 I think sundarpatan is my favorite rn. Overall good list and cool video.

I kinda hope that the next african map we get will be a map in the Kongo... A kind of "jungle hunting" map... Might just add the harpy eagle with a great one version into it... Make the shimpanze aggressive like wolfs and crocs and make that maps version of the snow leopard a Gorilla to hammer home how endangered and scared of humans they are...

Emerald Coast is better than all maps in my opinion. Has more biomes, unique animals and best map to grind on from the beach and grassland desert. Not to mention that Kangaroos are great $$$

Vurhonga species are defenitely the most commonly hunted animals in africa, the perception is very skewed, almost no people from africa actually hunts elephants and leopards

I think Layton is one of the worst maps. Great animals but it’s pretty much the same landscape right across the whole map. And the weather is miserable most of the time. It’s a grinder’s map for sure, if you’re hanging around the water. But overall I think Yukon gives a better experience of that US wilderness. At least with Herschfelden it’s got a range of landscape.

Herschfelden is a great map. The fields are amazing. Night time is super nice. It’s at least a B tier. It’s not a grinder map. It’s an exploration hunting map. It’s not a KZbinr map - it’s not a yelling “excitement” OMG for likes and subs map. But it’s one of the best maps in the game.
