The Arklay Mountains are magic, Umbrella has a secret above-ground railroad running from Racoon City to a Research facility nearly a dozen miles outside of the city and despite the RPD searching the outskirts of the city for a full two months this railroad was never found or at least apparently not public knowledge until a Helicopter crashed next to it.

To be fair, the United States is actually full of long since abandoned railroads from the 1860's continuation of the westward expansion. I've been on some family farms with woods that if you look hard enough you will find some of these old discarded tracks. It's not hard to believe that Umbrella could have re-purposed some of these tracks without the public's knowledge. Also as Ada once said to Leon regarding how a secret lab can exist in the sewers that should be run by the city "Welcome to Corporate America"

Their movement controls are exactly the same and zombies also move exactly the same.. And for the most part take the same amount of bullets apart from ones scripted to be weaker or stronger. I'm having a really hard time watching this video with him just constantly complaining about every tiny detail. I played some of it the other day and I feel like it's really weird but if I knew it inside out it wouldn't be that bad. I felt like REmake2 had a very easy to follow path however this game seems convoluted but it shouldn't be that bad overall.

@@TrueCarthaginian After I made that comment I started watching CarcinogenSDA who is a GDQ speedrunner. Even he commented the system is clunky. Anyway part of what I mean is that on the train as long as you pick up all items and toss them down they appear on the ground outside the train which means you don't have to fret over losing them. Also since you can split Rebecca and Billy up there's certain places where you just shouldn't bother bring her along at all if you are just going to run past all enemies. Cars still used Billy mainly but I feel like you should actually use Rebecca with Billy's gun since it does more damage and let Billy knife shit to save ammo while controlling Rebecca to make sure she doesn't take any damage. However, in areas where you don't need both just take Billy solo. That kinda stuff. There are a bunch of games that suck if you constantly make counter productive decisions. Dark Souls is that way.

He's definitely being nitpicky. This game is not as good as REmake, but it's still a good game. Obviously not every game will satisfy every person, even when it comes to the same series and fanbase, but he's mostly been making mountains out of mole hills whether real or imagined. And to keep hearing him make the same nitpicks got old quick. Honestly, the game could have been the worst game in existence and it would have gotten old sooner or later.

I know he was the comms guy but everyone really should've had a radio.- nobody, I forgot Richard was Bravo Team. So either nobody in Alpha Team had radios or they were on Joseph, Forest or Kenneth and they got fucked.

There were times when this game isn't the greatest but it can still be at least more intimidating then code Veronica and it is visually appealing and has good elements. The whole duo system doesn't work great and really wished there were just item boxes but I think this is a good game and a good game play as always from pat. Who really enjoyed saying Billy.

20:50 Three points. 1. Where does it show its right next to their crash site? They were exploring the area and the distance between their helicopter and the van isn't made clear. 2. Who says they didn't find it? We only get to see the moment when they find the helicopter. Which would be more important to them since they were looking for their missing friends. 3. Regardless of the van's position or the groups knowledge of it in RE1. They are attacked by dogs soon after finding the helicopter making them run for the mansion. I don't think they'd stop to investigate an MP van while running for their lives if they passed it. 21:14 Umbrella are known for using convicts in their experiments and they have ties to the US Army. So is it really hard to understand why a soldier that was due to be executed anyway would be getting transported too the Mansion? 21:32 A casual glance shows that the MPs bodies look pretty torn up and Billy is the only one not present as far as the team understand. Assuming a soldier put to death might have butchered his captors and escaped is reasonable. 21:47 I don't believe they said he was the cause of the murders. They are just worried he is some nutjob and will use his experience as a soldier to kill them while they are lost in the woods. You are the one that tried to link them to to him. They would however still want to catch him since he is a criminal and its their job. 22:19 It's a train! Why would they think strange murders would effect people on a fast moving train that doesn't have a stop anywhere near that area? They don't stop people driving around a city just because some murders happened vaguely in the same area. So they certainly aren't going to such down tons of fast moving metal that runs through the area. That would be fucking crazy. Plus that would cause disruptions up and down the railway line. Which are terrible costly. So trying to reroute or completely stop a railway line just on the off chance that a person or persons unknown might decide to completely change what they were doing and attempt to attack a train is crazy. Not even passed the intro and five times I had to stop the video to explain. Oh this isn't going to go well. Lol.

Here’s my biggest gripe about the writing in zero. First when Bravo team crashes they are alone for like a full day, where the fuck was alpha team getting Jill sandwiches? It made more sense in Og because alpha left to find bravo as soon as they lost contact which is more believable in the situation. Next, the training facility, how the hell did it explode the morning of the 24th and yet the RPD and RFD didn’t rush into the forest with all hands on deck. Re1s location made more sense because the mansion was suppose to be abandoned for years and it was known to be Umbrellas property so easy to keep people away when RPD is in your pocket. Lastly Rebecca in RE1 at the mansion is abit of a baby who always needs rescuing by Chris, yet she has been dealing with all the shit in Zero basically so she should be atleast as capable as Jill by the time of Re1 even without the amount of training and experience the other stars have. Zero I would say is one of the weaker games which sucks because it has some really cool concepts that just needed more time in development.

I just said don't really enjoy, didn't use the word hate. If a cat is right side up they have agency. Holding them like a baby is cute for humans, but why would a cat prefer it? I think humans do it for us, not for the cat. Mine are both rescues though, that spend a lot of time outside, so our situations are likely different there. I need my cats to be tougher to survive outside, so I don't want them to be docile at all, but our situations can and may vary.
