Pattaya Beach Walking Tour

I took a nice walk on an early evening in Pattaya Beach, Thailand. There is always something in this fast-paced town. I had a nice meal at the Hungry Hippo.

Ya I'm back. It's roasting hot. But, nothing compared to Chaing Mai a week ago. Really smokie and it must have been 105F

Good video! Have you ever checked out the Siam@Siam design hotel in pattaya? I’ve been to their rooftop bar and pool, but never stayed there. It would be cool if you did a video there.

I haven't. I only visit Pattaya 2 or 3 times a year. I'll put that on the list

Stayed there a few times. Possibly a 5 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star. Treat yourself. Off peak it's affordable.

I saw the Specials in the US a bunch. Mostly San Diego and LA, but also Chicago and Las Vegas. Great band. Check out the SoCal version, The Untouchables. I delivered Dave Waklings mail for a few years. He moved to San Diego and played many English Beat songs around town. I had tickets to see Ranking Roger return to San Diego and then he passed away. RIP. We all thought Dave might make a surprise appearance

I do a few stupid things when in pattaya lol but i would never do what them lads were doing standing up at the back of the baht bus it looks a bit dangerous 😳 to me

Don't thoroughly rate Hungry Hippo. The meals appear poor quality. Prime Burger is hardly good value, but it's always busy. It replaced a bar called The Butchers Arms', which served the absolute finest breakfast in all of Pattaya.

I thought it tasted fine. You kind of get what you pay for. If you want a Sunday Roast for 300 baht, of course they need to cut some corners. That same meal in the US would be $25. If I want an Australian steak, I'll go to Beefeater and expect to pay 1000b. I love Prime Burger in Bangkok. But, many people like McDonald's.
