12 yrs ago and Patti is still one of the most gorgeous women in the world. Love you lady! This recipe is fantastic however I have diabetics so I have found ways to still make it without so many calories. I can’t eat like this anymore. I use chicken broth and lactated milk. It tastes pretty good not as rich but it’s still wonderful.

Ariel Simon Well flour and Butter, but yes! It's actually delicious! The roux, then add the cream to make the Bechamel, and then take the cream sauce off the heat and stir in the cheeses until melted. Pour the cheese sauce over the noodles, mix and bake! Very delicious and creamy.
