We are thrilled to share this amazing conversation with our guest, Los Angeles Clippers star, Paul George. There is so much discussed on this episode and we really appreciate his willingness to be open and candid about a lot of things. Topics include: His take on Nikola Jokic and what makes him such a dominant force, The Clippers being the 'poster-child' for the NBA's load management issue and why blaming it all on the players is wrong, trying to develop a rhythm with The Clippers team given how little the team has actually played together, how much he loves playing with Kawhi Leonard and the confidence he brings to a team, why Paul George feels like he was overlooked in high school, his early days as an Indiana Pacers and how he earned the trust to lead that team, how he improved his game in Indy, reflecting on that 3-4 year stretch where The Pacers with Roy Hibbert, David West, George Hill were a legit threat in the Eastern Conference, how they feel that Pacers team changed the modern NBA, Paul shares his best Lance Stephenson stories, the moment Paul George burst into superstardom by blowing by LeBron James and The Miami Heat, describing the challenge of beating LeBron and The Heatles in a 4-game series and how putting Chris Bosh at the 5 spot changed everything that series, his time with Russell Westbrook on The Oklahoma City Thunder and how Paul came to his own conclusion that he could likely not be the best player on a Championship team after his injury, the mental toll it took for PG to come back from that injury and so much more.

Absolutely loved listening to his perspective; you guys do such a great job in getting people to be so transparent and candid when talking about their past. The only thing I wish you'd asked PG more about is Russell Westbrook, given his importance to PG's best season in OKC, how he left him to go to LA and then finally vouching for him to be signed by the Clippers. Nonetheless, immensely enjoyed this podcast. :)

in my opinion, it's there rotation for me, they're so stack but don't know which players to match with against other teams

Bones and kawhi should be on the floor at the same time and Russ and pg should be on the floor at the same time , if ty can piece it around that I think rotations can get easier on others like Powell and Batum

Ty Lue has had problems with rotations all year. Guys like Morris shouldn’t even be in the starting lineup or closing. Vs Sac and Denver, Ty Lue even had Morris as the backup 5 with Covington riding the bench. Gordon pretty much offers the same spark off the bench as Powell *in theory* Mann clearly is one of the younger athletic important guys but Ty Lue continues to sit him in crunch time. So many experiments that Lue is trying and it’s getting ridiculous. The way Morris plays, If he’s not scoring, he’s useless. Offers no defense, no rebounding and doesn’t do any little things but he keeps getting minutes As a fan I hope he cleans up the rotations before playoff time or it will be the same implosion as previous years
