The end is Bach's Goldberg Variation number 5, so I guess N.F.R.O. stands for Number Five Rip Off. He has G.V.R.O. which is simply a rip off of the first Goldberg Variation. If you want to see a crazy piano player do these pieces, look up Glenn Gould!
