Many people still believe George refused to call Paul bij his name. They'll refer to a video in which he appears to be saying 'Faul', and which gives off the impression George is talking about a big secret he wishes to end. But is that what he really said? Check out the full Midday Show interview, and find out just how much editing was done to create that small snippet of George allegedly saying 'Faul'.

My all~time favourite George Harrison Single "A" Side was "Blow Away" which was released on February 14,1979 {Valentine's Day}. I remember buying it on a late Winter's day as it was overcast, cold and cloudy. George's chorus just brought about a feeling of a sunshiny day. It's so melodic!

I compared a photo of Paul in 1965 and Paul in 1967, definitely 2 different people., different nose, different shape of the face, Paul has brown eyes and Billy has green eyes, also Billy is 2 inches taller than Paul. Imagine paying $500 for a Paul McCartney concert and this guy hits the stage, it is very depressing, Paul was a such a good guy.

Members of the crazy PID (Paul is dead) cult. They HATE Paul McCartney, ("Faul" to them), and WISH he were dead! Why?! Why do they hate Paul and wish he were dead? One must ask. Because they believe that Paul or "Faul" as they refer to Paul, replaced "the real Paul" (they believe died in 1966), and that he did such a good job of being "Paul" that he fooled everybody except themselves, and they resent being considered "the idiots" by everybody who don't buy into the PID nonsense. The PID cult hates Paul McCartney for BEING a success, for LIVING his life, doing what he does, and for NOT BEING DEAD, as they wish he were, so they can prove a fabrication that he wasn't himself. They are looking forward to the day, soon they hope, when Paul dies. The "truth" as they believe it will "finally" come out. They see the day that Paul McCartney dies as a day of celebration and vindication for their morbid beliefs. They are a sick cult and they are trying to recruit others by confusing people with BS tactics and BS statistics and BS forensics. They are creepy and sinister, when they're not just being ridiculous.

Some conspiracies are the creations of fools. The 1st and 3rd you mention absolutely go along with this, and I know nothing about the 2nd one. The 4th??? People tend to think of all conspiracy theories as being as ridiculous as the Paul Is Dead one, and this is the false illusion that these people have created, which means other more rational and intelligent conspiracy ideas may well be unfairly tarred with the same brush. You just have to do your own research and/or use your own reasoning. The idea that man never landed on the moon is certainly NOT a ridiculous one at all, unless you wish to believe everything you read in the papers and see on the news as being factual, when powerful people who have a powerful agenda can so easily manipulate public perception for their own needs. It annoys me greatly when I get classed in this fold by PID believers and told to "WAKE UP". It should be obvious to anyone who's able to think logically, and see with their own 2 eyes, that McCartney is and always has been one and the same.

@hauntboy
@hauntboy 5 жыл бұрын
@@GBSaSu To the simple-minded it might seem to be as simple as that to fathom out, but clearly it isn't, which is why a lot of level headed and rational people are of the opinion that the landings were staged. I don't see any rational people putting forward a good argument as to why Paul McCartney was replaced. This is because there are none because he wasn't and they are irrational. So I think it's YOU who needs to do YOUR research, not me, and I don't have the time to educate you. I would, however, suggest watching the videos done by Richard D Hall on the subject, and, in particular, the statement analysis he had done by Peter Hyatt of the interviews given by Armstrong, Aldrin and Collins when they 'returned' from 'the Moon'. Obviously Hall had his suspicions before approaching Hyatt. Hyatt confirmed these suspicions and he also confirmed mine. I take it you're able to locate Parts 2 & 3 on your own. It doesn't require a lot of skill. kzbin.info/www/bejne/rZe3kqOAndWSh9k

Another great comment. I know from personal experience that quitting smoking for GOOD is a tall order if it's been a lifetime habit. I smoked a pack a day. numerous articles say George was a "heavy smoker" but don't specify to a gnats a** what "heavy" means. 2 packs a day? 3? anyway, I finally gave up firewater AND ciggies for good. at least I HOPE it's for good. Let's hope that the 2 LIVING Beatles have dodged all the bullets they created in their youth, and that they both eat watercress and take Flintstones vitamins every day. I want them both in my life when I REALLY get old. am 63 soon to be 64 now. those 2 need to live until they are at least 100. longer if possible!

Paul was never a Beatle. I have studied stories, pictures & videos of Paul as an infant, child, teenager, & young adult. During this time, his physical appearance, voice, and personality changed drastically and continuously. I have concluded that Paul was replaced with Faul the day after Paul's birth, and Faul and each successor Faul were replaced hundreds of times before the Beatles. The "Paul" that existed when the Beatles formed was actually Faul#382. Therefore, the proper term is not PID but F#382ID. And by time Wings was started, it was Faul#467. Let us pause a moment and remember the original, Faul#382.

I have heard an interview about this interview with George that it was altered for George to say "Faul" several times. If you mute the sound and watch his lips, you can see that his lips touch to pronounce th "P" in Paul. A little into the interview, it starts over and has the full interview where it hasn't been tampered with...and he clearly says Paul. And that's just George. Think about every one in Paul's life, the other Beatles, his brother, his dad and half sister, Jane Asher, George Martin and countless other people who he was close to. I can believe that he may have had a body double for various reasons, but not a perfectly cloned doppleganger to erase him permanently. Paul was not the only one that changed appearance in 66/67....they all did. After Brian Epstein died early in 67, they were already trying to embrace more individuality, but still be a cohesive group. New hairstyles, wildly colored clothes, facial hair....drug use increased....and a growing number of friends in the industry. They were the trend setters and did some of their best work ever after the "pop" era morphed into pop/rock and classic rock.

Why would he insist on calling him "Faul" in this 1 interview, but happily call him Paul in EVERY other interview he ever did? There's 3 possible reasons. 1: He tripped over his words. 2. Poor audience quality, that could make a P sound a bit like an F. 3. Someone has edited it to make it sound like he's saying Faul instead of Paul which is much easier than people might think. On a side note, George was spot on with what he said about making records. People are too obsessed with perfection, even more so now with auto tune and all that rubbish. I don't mind using loops and samples, but as soon as something sounds "perfect", it loses that edge and is no longer really Rock'n'Roll. Even when I do use computers, I try to keep things as live as possible, I try to keep it sounding as real as possible. George was my first hero and I think that's something that I learned from studying the way he made music. The music industry needs more people like him. There are far too many fakes, and Paul isn't one of them either. :)

@@3Ddude101 Billy Shepherd is the pen name of Peter Langley Jones who wrote many articles for The Beatles Monthly. As for "Billy Shepherd, musician", you need to come up with some biographical facts: what is his date of birth and where was he born? Who were his parents? Where was he brought up? What school(s) did he attend? Where is his Wikipedia page? That's the very minimum you need to provide. As for "More people believe it now more than ever", that's the nature of conspiracy theories in the age of the internet. Few people other than a few cranks believed it before 2000-ish.

Well he's done what he had set out to do. Become a successful musician. Fortune and fame are twin perks, and crosses to bear, and have to be managed correctly and studiously, or one can easily trainwreck off the rails as many have. He and his family haven't, which is to be commended. As for people (fans) who worship celebrities as their gods, it's their prerogative, if they are foolish enough to do so. Moral standards begin within ourselves, bestowed by parents, family, and the outer community. Hopefully we (the world at large) do a good job, a better job, of instilling moral values into our children starting from the cradle and reinforced by the community at large.
@Tsadi9Mem9Khet9

"Moral standards begin within ourselves, bestowed by parents, family, and the outer community." When the female population is "liberated" so that it no longer receives its moral standards from moral people, but the world system instead, then they sink to whatever low becomes popular and accepted by that system. The same goes for all others who are of the born follower nature of most of humanity who, just like the vast majority of members of other mammal species, adhere to whatever their particular herd has had propagated among its members by the usurpers of the leadership roles. Those who have controlled mankind since the Neolithic agricultural revolution at least are well aware of the uniformity while they use it to propagate a belief in individuality of identity so that the human cattle would never suspect what is occurring though it is obvious to those of mind who have developed the correct perspective. The Beatles supported many "progressive" causes which, contrary to their portrayal to the public, came from "the top" as manufactured ploys introduced for the sake of accomplishing ulterior motives rather than being "grassroots movements". These were intended to destroy the fabric of western civilization to enslave all of us, and they are well on their way to doing so. Here's a United States National Security Council document confirming that "Women's Liberation" is one such ploy, with the stated purpose of government having been to reduce population. drive.google.com/open?id=0B3iO3keGWrXMbFdfR2FCS1E3dVU Then there's the fact that Al Gore fairly recently mentioned this particular matter of increasing women's influence and independence as a means to reduce population, and a woman in the audience cheered, showing how well the indoctrination has taken hold. In fact, that's the very reason most people are not alarmed by such things as I have stated here in general; they are followers who have progressively adopted more and more of the agenda from schools, TV, movies, etc. as normal. Hopefully the solution applied to ridding the Israelite population of those whose institutionalization by the Egyptian totalitarian state (which is very much the same as the ideology at work here) was such that it couldn't be broken won't be necessary in this case. vidmax.com/video/160546-SCARY-THOUGHT-Al-Gore-wants-the-United-States-Government-to-Stabilize-Global-Population-Growth-

+Macca Lives. I have a question to ask. Is Macca a sorta nick-name that hung with McCartney from his younger Liverpool days? The reason I'm asking is, I have downloaded a few small pieces about Paul, or coming from Paul. One is where George Harrison, George Martin & the man who was going to conduct the Orchestra in the studio. At any rate, the 3 of them waiting for Paul to arrive & when he did, George Harrison introduces him to the conductor, saying "This is William", then Paul nods & shakes this mans hand. In another video, George was sitting in the control room & when Paul walks in, George does say, "Hello William", stands up & he & Paul hug. The next video was a "Paul McCartney & Wings" interview in 1976 by Geraldo Rivira, which Geraldo asks Paul a question about him always being tagged as a Beatle. Paul's reply was, I'll always be known by my real name, also Paul McCartney. Last, I just watched a video from 2017 where Paul is still in Japan on his 2017 tour, sitting in a room with sorta dark walls & just him on a chair, reading questions from Fans that are written on 3x5 index cards. One question from a fan Paul reads the question out loud & begins to answer it by saying, "Okay Mekka, we almost have the same name, yours is Mekka & mine is Macca." Then he goes on with the answer. So with these 4 short video stories, where does the name Macca come from... In other words, could Paul McCartney's real name be William Macca but he just uses his name Paul McCartney, since it's a corporation, or Brand.......
@MaccaLives

I’m afraid I cannot comment on the first three examples, as I have never seen them. Without context, I can only make assumptions. If I had to, I would say the ‘William’ thing could very well be an in-joke, akin to Paul and John greeting each other in 1974 with the names ‘Sir Jasper’ and ‘Valiant Paul’, which were their characters in the 1963 Christmas Variety Show. I can explain where Macca comes from. It’s a common nickname in the UK for anyone whose name begins with Mac. It’s done with many names, and seems to be especially predominant in the North. In the early days, George was often called Hazza, which is short for Harry/Harris/Harrison. A man named Barry would be called Bazza. Jeremy would be Jezza. Et cetera. Paul was known as Macca from very early on, and he can be heard being addressed as such in various studio outtakes before and after 1966.

Ok, very cool. Those videos are on KZbin, except the one where George, George Martin & The Conductor. I believe it may have been pulled for some reason. The 1976 Geraldo Rivera interview is probably the one most likely to start PID comments, since Paul himself says, going by my real name, also Paul McCartney. I have yet to talk to anyone who knows what he was referring to. That's why I thought maybe his name was William Macca but continued to go by his stage name... The hunt continues... Thanks for answering, Dan in America...

Well, the one where they hug sounds like one I've seen where George is addressing Neil Aspinall, who enters the room after Paul, but is off camera at first. He says Hello Neil, then hugs Paul. People have tried to say that he's saying Will or Bill here. But it is Neil. I have never heard or seen anything from John or George which would suggest to me that PID is real. The only person making suspicious comments that make you go Hmm is Paul himself. I just watched an interview with Jay Leno from 2002 where Jay said something about Paul always being the same guy and Paul makes the most curious face in response. Like, why? He took an innocent comment and just gave it a PID connotation by moving his eyes furtively. He says the oddest things. Once he said that being Paul McCartney is difficult to live up to , but he felt that the advantages outweighed the disadvantages. He could just be talking philosophically about the burden of his status, but it comes off really weird the way he phrased it and is ambiguous enough for PIDers to call it a confession. Ringo sometimes makes some oblique comments that make you wonder what he means as well. But nothing overt or damning. Nope, in PID, Paul is his own worst enemy, which makes you wonder what he gets out of toying with it.

Since Paul wrote most of the songs for the Beatles, it's ridiculous that George would think the money should be split evenly, even though he wanted free handouts. He talks about spiritual things, but he doesn't show it. Paul and John wrote 99% of the Beatles songs, and they deserved most of the pay.
@GaryBox
@GaryBox 6 жыл бұрын
For those who ask why George should get equal share for songs written by Lennon and McCartney are perhaps confused. He's not asking for that. The two main songwriters always received their money as songwriters and were always receiving more than the other two who wrote less songs. There was a separate agreement about other money that was split evenly. In the 1970's when Paul was successful with Wings the record company wanted him to sign a deal and the businessman in him used that leverage to ask for improvement on this old deal for Beatle records which he got. That's what annoyed the others, they felt a verbal agreement had been broken. Legally Paul didn't do anything wrong but it would have been better had he negotiated his deal based on future records and not ask for the deal to improve on old Beatle songs. There was nothing stopping the others doing the same but they either felt it would go against the verbal agreement or they were not as commercial in the 70's to persuade a record company to improve the offer. Money is often the root of problems. For the Beatles the rot started when Brian Epstein died. Paul didn't agree with the new choice of manager. Ironically Paul was probably right but he still had to sue the others to free himself once the band broke up. In many ways it was amazing they could remain on good terms at all which only shows how close they were growing up.
@MaccaLives
@MaccaLives 6 жыл бұрын
Verbal agreements were broken long before then. And those were much worse betrayals since the Beatles were still together at that time. I’m taking about Allen Klein, of course. Each Beatle had veto power before that time, but John, George, and Ringo didn’t mind changing that in order to force Paul into a management deal he (rightly) didn’t support. Where was George’s outrage then? Bottom line, Paul had a better financial manager, who got him a better deal. And why not? He didn’t owe the other three anything anymore. All prior agreements had ceased to be valid once they signed the paperwork to disband. Paul never wanted out. He would’ve been happy to stay a Beatle, but he also wasn’t going to lie to the world for however long it would take John to announce he’d broken up his band. Don’t forget that Paul was unwillingly lining Klein’s pockets each day the façade continued. After what the others had allowed Spector to do to Paul’s songs, and the way they tried to sabotage the release of McCartney, he was done. Anyone would’ve been fed up by then. But sure, Paul was the hypocrite. Not George, who suddenly decided the original agreement of 1-2 songs per record wasn’t good enough for him anymore, or who was happy to rob Paul of his veto rights. Not Ringo, who stood idly by, and enabled John and George when he knew Paul was being treated unfairly. And not John, who screwed over his best mate in so many ways, I can’t even decide where to start.
@GaryBox
@GaryBox 6 жыл бұрын
Macca Lives I agree with you on many points. After Klein was appointed it was mainly Macca keeping the band together and driving the direction. Paul has always had better legal advice and rarely loses in court. George has had managers fleece him many times and had to sue them. Once the band splits Paul can negotiate what he likes on future records. Going back on verbal agreement may not have legal implications but does have moral ones. At a time when they were getting on better I just wish he'd thought about his relationships rather than the finances. Alternatively tell the others what he was planning and explain it to them. As for George only getting one or two records I don't think that should have been written in any contract. A band should be a democracy. All members should be free to come with songs and then the band along with producer decides which are the best for the album. By dominating George you can't expect him to care as much or expect him to be keen on working together or reuniting. When they did Anthology George probably only did it after insisting on Jeff Lynne. Paul is constantly talking about his time as a Beatle and his relationship with John. George was always less keen to talk about the past. They were great friends and went through so much together. I just feel it's a shame to let money come between them.
@waterfalls5194
@waterfalls5194 6 жыл бұрын
Paul DID think about his relationships as well as his finances. For all the good it did him. His band brothers just walked all over him and foolishly followed drug addled John, who listened to his own handpicked crook, Allen Klein, who flattered John's ego as John openly disrespected Paul, his wife Linda and his in-laws, the Eastmans, whom Lennon described as "middle class, establishment pigs. Real nice. Paul had to think of his family and himself, first for a change. Let the ingrates fend for themselves. John, George, and Ringo eventually sued Klein and he counter sued them right back.

Seems I heard that Kurt Cobain asked for reimbursement on the original 3-way split they agreed on. You're right though, the money usually messes everything up.... I agree that quite a number actually are; for example PID, flat earth. However, not all conspiracy theories are as dumb as PID, but the repercussions mean that other more articulately reasoned conspiracy theories may well be unfairly tarred with the same brush because of ridiculous things like PID. You have to do your own research and/or use your own reasoning. Faul? George was simply making a slight mispronunciation. There's no cover-up, no mystery, Paul's brother was Mike McGear(changed his surname so as not to cash in on Paul's fame) who became part of the comedy/folk trio, The Scaffold. There never was any "Faul" it was a made-up name.

George never says "Faul." That was the point of the video. Listen to the entire interview and you'll see how the snippet was manipulated and edited to make it sound like he said Faul. PIDiots are desperate to prove something; they make up evidence. But why?

No, no no. He was at odds with (F)aul. Paul McCartney born 6/18/42. Paul's love was not Linda Eastman, (the real Paul,)no, it was Jane Asher, whom he , pre 1966, stood just slightly taller than Post 1966, with their May 1967 Sgt. Pepper's Album, not he towers over Jane Asher. Narrow faced, oblong skull, pale green eyed, ambidextrous , (can play guitar both hands, (never said William was not talented, )) 5'11'' inches tall isn't the real James Paul McCartney, with round moon like face, and skull, approximately 5'8'' inches tall, with hazel brown eyes, could play only left hand, (an insufferable lefty , by his own words,) with natural jet black hair. Notice (F)aul today dyes his hair his natural light brown color. James Paul McCartney had NATURALLY black hair. Not the same dude. No way, no how. And before people say William Campbell aka (F)is the greater talent. Even both George Harrison, and John Lennon said that (F)aul couldn't write a song to save his life. As far as piano playing goes, as well as putting muSic together that being orchestrating it, like the violins in background of Elanor Rigby? James Paul McCartney ahd it all over William Campbell, aka (F)aul. JAMES PAUL McCARTNEY'S BEEN DEAD SINCE THE AUTUMNAL EQUINOX CIRCA 1966.

@Michael H. Emm; which Paul friend? The James Paul McCartney with natural jet black hair, a round moon face, and head; hazel/coffee brown eyes,(only occurs in every 3.5 million people with brown eyes,) 5'8.5'' inches tall, an insufferable lefty (all thumbs with his right hand, (out of his own mouth,)).....or...Paul," Willy Campbell," (F)aul , McCartney , with light/medium brown hair, (dyed his hair black,) pale green eyes, 5'11.5" inches tall; ambidextrous,(can play base guitar with left, or right hand, (never said the fake Paul, aka (F)aul was a no talent,)) changed (supposedly that being inexplicably,) from a round moon face,and head to one with an oblong skull, and narrow face at the age of 24 ,(December 1966, ) when your skull is finally , and completely formed by age 21, (in addition to that unusual growth spurt?) Which one? Cause if it's the former he can't dye (die his hair! Hee hee,) his hair supergenius! He was murdered during the autumnal season of 1966 ,and replaced with that present day imposter/doppelganger (F)aul!!!!!!!

Yes you have to look at how tall he was standing beside Jane Asher,then see him beside Jane now,unless he's had a growth spurt.

In 'She's Leaving Home,' the Lyrics reveal that fateful Day, Paul McCartney was killed. "Wednesday Morning at 5 o'clock, as the Day begins." Google what Day of the Week was the Day, tragically died, and you will see the Truth - Wednesday, November 9th ("Number 9!") 1966...
@johno140
@johno140 2 жыл бұрын
That's part of the myth woven round the true event. He didn't die 5:30 a.m. in a car wreck ,on a Wednesday , November 9th, 1966. He was last seen by his band mates on September 10th , 1966. He was beaten to death, and tossed out of an MI5 helicopter onto a Normandy Beach. This is where his dead corpse resembled a ,"walrus," now witnessed on scene by John Lennon, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr. That's the real skinny.
