This segment should honestly be for high schoolers, these little kids arent gonna understand completely they just wanna watch him shoot 111mph

I’m playing my first year of lax as a junior in high school and I will tell you even the varsity players still dip their shoulders with side arm shots. So yes you are correct I don’t think little kids needed this but it’s good to have in the back of your mind cause it’s harder for a goalie to block to interpret than the traditional shot

I was disappointed that he allowed the kid to have whip in his stick. There's no place for whip when you're still learning the fundamentals in my personal opinion.

You missed the point of the drill. He's not telling you to shoot like this when you are that close to the goal in a game. He is saying the best way to maximize your reps and work on your technique is to practice it this way. He explained this in the beginning of the video.

Coach Rabil I motivate my team do u have any playes like offense defense traps or were I could find some. last year I had a player who was tall every time he threw ball to another player they could never catch so I suggested to lower his pass step into it which he did.
