Man I’m glad you stepped up and posted this! All the hate this man gets from Jay Leno, Jesse James….well wtf has Jay Leno ever built? Nothing, heck when it comes to comedy occ had Leno beat by a f’n mile! Jesse James, well I only saw him bend a tube and weld a one inch spot on a frame in all those years….oh yeah he had a seat fly off when he stood up and had some other engine problem….plus Jesse is a complete douche bag! Totally above the common man.

I’m 32 years old now & I was watching OCC back in the early 2000’s when they had the first shop they ever started with. Those were the good days. Good to see your still doing it years later!

I grew up with the American Chopper show and have currently watched it with my kids recently on Max. Can’t get enough of it. My son and I would turn it on every night during dinner. It was our nightly routine. lol. He loves bikes and is trying to save up for one. Maybe one day 😊

Sir, I met you at a small bike show, probably 3 or r years before the tv show started. You had a bike there with exposed rebar accents. We spoke for about 5 minutes. You explained you had a steel business and built bikes as a hobby, but wanted to open a bike shop. When the show aired I was so excited to see you made it come to fruition. I followed the show religiously. It was tuff to see all you have gone through. You never quit, but kept digging. Good to see you're back. Wishing you the best in all you do. I just found this channel and happy to do so. I just watched a video last night from a guy who rode his bike from NJ to the shop to see what it looks like today and the new. Haines there let him in to take a look around. I still remember being there with my kids when it was a busy place. Glad to see Paul happy and looking fit like the last time I saw him in person. I’ll be in Florida in the next 2 months and hope to see the restaurant and whatever is publicly accessible.

I loved the show, not only for the creativity part of building a bike, but also the dysfunctional family conflicts that happen in many family businesses. If Sr. could go back, I wonder what he do differently and what he regrets and what he doesn't. I was involved in a family business and it also turned out very bad, so I can relate to certain degree.

Lovely to see you back, I am a retired blacksmith fabricator in my sixties from the uk. It would be great for you to keep the ornamental ironwork going look forward to seeing all that, you have to an artist blacksmith in this country as the art world has taken over blacksmith’s and now the workmanship on the so called art is diabolical, and fabrication has been taken over by large companies, so there’s no more small workshops producing great looking fabrications.
