i'm sure there's worse offenders. really, it's not that i dislike her work, it just doesn't quite do it for me. perhaps i'm missing something?

No, not if she's just not your style. But I find her range of work-Public Theater notwithstanding-enormously impressive. I think she's solving problems by thinking about the user, the way we all should be. There's more than one way to do that.
