Hey Paul. The placement of the garages will make for little landscaping and grass in front. Need concrete or pavers to pull in those driveways and garages. Just less to mow. 🤣. Love the 1/2 bath but don’t get how so many builders do the same. If the 1/2 bath is in the front, wet folks are tracking through the house. Love that the bedroom staged as an office has an en suite. Where does that door in the single garage lead to? The only thing I saw inside on that side was the storage under the stairs. 🤷🏻‍♀️. Lovely open concept. Outdoor pool lanai is huge and amazing. Spacious owners suite and en suite. Nice high seat in the shower. Every spacious upstairs. Since bedrooms 3&4 sharing a bath, that game room was big enough to squeeze in at least a 1/2 bath. But quite an amazing home. Thanks much.
