This looks a lot like the MIR payment system under a different name. That being said, XRP is not part of Ripplenet. Ripplenet being the solution offered by Ripple to banks. So Ripple has this connections, XRP does not. Still, there is a large role for XRP in ODL, cross border settlements and tokenization.
