Is there a connection between the rhythms we maintain, the order we create in our lives, and the depths of though and quality of emotional experience we have day to day?
Paul Chek shares a simple, but grounded explanation of how our environment changes throughout the day, and what energies naturally go with each portion of a daily cycle.

Dear Paul, I'm so grateful for your videos because they always seem to be about what I need to hear, and are posted at the time I need to hear them. I don't how to explain this but I'm just so thankful. My dream is to make a living with the novels I've written/writing, and I'm in a challenging situation living at home with parents who have so much potential to be positive and loving and live their dreams in music, painting, and dressmaking, but have deep rooted lifestyle and mental practices that are counter to what you teach in 'How to Eat, Move and be Healthy' and your videos. I feel trapped, like I'm fighting upriver having to exert so much extra energy to 'block' the negativity and simply maintain my 'happy outlook', but this video has given me tools to turn inward and allow intuition. Thank you again Paul. Sending you lots of love from London.

Jacob Modak you are depicting a innate ability of the human being to manifest reality. The concept of self fulfilling prophecy operates along the same lines. of you want to understand more search I am that I am meditation on KZbin. It is one of the most powerful forms of meditation and it is truly a profound life altering experience.

Thanks for another great video. Do you have any suggestions on how to 'balance out' the 4 functions of consciousnesses (thinking, feeling, intuition, and sensing)? I tend to be very thinking and intuition dominant and have a hard time being in touch with the other two. Thanks, Scott

Hey Paul,Thank you so much for all the free and wonderfully insightful things you put out - between your KZbin channel and HTEM&BH I've become much healthier and happier. Do you have any suggestions as to how someone could begin down the path towards a career like yours? I'm 19 going on 20 and have been out of college for a year now after doing a running start program in high school,m and getting all of my core classes. I've always thought being a holistic health and lifestyle practitioner and working with both everyday people and athletes would be wonderful and dropped out when I did simply because of ennui and uncertainty of where to go in life and career. Are there degrees I should look for or is that the wrong direction? Thanks for any wisdom you could provide! I love you man! :)

I'd suggest you start with taking my HLC 1 course either live, or on-line. With that knowledge, you can begin to master your own health and life, becoming a living example to all you touch. Moving from there to Chek Exercise Coach gives you the skills to help people gain more health and vitality through the scientific application of exercise. HLC 2 would be the course to take next, which teaches you how to assess and guide others professionally as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach. By the time you get to that point in your development, your experiences with clients and desires within yourself will guide you as to weather you should gain more expertise in corrective exercise, go to HLC 3, or complete the advanced self-healing and coaching development training I've put into Chek 4-Quadrant Coaching Mastery training, which will be on-line once the editing is done. Love and chi, Paul Chek

Can you elaborate on spending all day researching emotions but not addressing them? What would an example of addressing them be? You talked about it at 18:45

Time is short, so don't have time to listen to exactly what I said, but I suspect I'm referring to people that "think a lot, but do little to actually modify their behavior or actually participate in healing what they come to realize intellectually". Love and chi, Paul Chek

Hey Paul, At First: Thank you so much for your content, helping me and many others! I've got a concrete question: Me having kind of the "duck look" in my lower body with a little outsticking belly...going hand in hand with lower back pain sometimes. how can I improve this postural imbalance with concrete steps? I'm building the bioenergetic stool atm ;) I'd be really happy if you find the time to respond, keep going Paul;)

I really wonder how real science would relate with your gibberish about quantum physics applied to standard human entertainment activities. You must be really uniquely balanced to believe all this has any meaning at all. I suspect the best balance you have ever achieved is the balance of your own checkbook.

Matheus, don't get me wrong! I think Paul Chek is a great trainer, motivator, Guru or whatever he may want to call himself. He is getting a lot of success using beliefs that are fun for open minds to beliefs, but science is something else. The science of quantum physics and quantum mechanics especially is available to very few high scholars in physics and is not be used alongside with beliefs for making it mysterious. Beliefs are there, they exist and they have their benefits. It just does not mix with science. My point here is that Paul Chek has enough success with training methods and beliefs, not to have to resort to a science he does not understand and neither masters. In that case, it is used as bullshit and removes credibility from a man that can accomplish a lot more without resorting to bullshit to do so. Enjoy beliefs, but challenge science, like I do now, don't believe science, it does not work like that. Science is also there to explain your "everything is bound together" approach as the universe is not a result of belief, but is being very slowly understood through science. And frankly, I have my own belief: while bullshit is somewhat entertaining, reality is always more spectacular, more awe inspiring than beliefs!
