This was great!!! Thank you so much! I have been in a workout funk for about two weeks, forcing myself to get in 10K steps a day, but often settling for 7K. Your frequent Facebook posts, keeps it in my face. Today, praise God, after seeing your post for the 24 min walk, I thought, 'I don't know if I can do 24, but I'll push for 20'. This particular workout was perfect for me at this moment. It was a push after 5 mins, but I completed it and feel so fulfilled. You are God sent! I see your passion as a ministry that is such a blessing to so many, me included.

I did a challenging lower body and abs strength workout before doing this tonight-- I learned to not follow extra challenging strength with cardio! 😂 Whew! 🥵🔥 While completing your workout my legs felt like I had cement shoes on. 😩 The strength instructor did say the strength alone would be enough, but I didn’t listen. Still, happy I was able to get it all done! Challenge is good. 💪🏾 TY! ❤

LOL I get that way myself. For me strength alone does do it for me, so i got to get my cardio in. yesterday i tape 3 workouts, Kettlebell, Dance and Seated Cardio Jam and I felt fine.

I do not use a counter. The beats per minute are 160 so times that by 20 and that will give you a estimate of 3000 Steps.
