Perfect day after Christmas workout! Hope you had a great Christmas Day! I was short on time with visitors here but made time to get this done tonight. I don’t miss workouts for anyone or anything! It was difficult for me to take a break on Christmas Day but I did--although we did go out for a walk anyway. 😂 Thankfully, I’m really a healthy eater throughout the year, including during the holidays, so don’t ever overdo it. I do enjoy in moderation, so had a slice of red velvet cake and some of my mother’s Mac and cheese but not much to “burn off.” 🤗 Right back to it! I will save some of your longer walks to do in addition to my regular workouts through the 1st. Thanks always! ❤❤❤❤

Thanks, I was good on Christmas day, I did not workout, nor got on social media. But your mention of the red velvet cake which is my favorite, made me go mmmm. The next 6 days I will be posting 45 - 60 minutes workout to close out the year.
