Thanks for the tour of Botton village. In a world where anyone who is a little different is feared and shunned, it's great of the production team to show that we are all more alike than we are different. Beautiful cheeses made by beautiful people.

If only the world could operate as this village does, heart centered instead of profit centered. Allowing all people to feel worthy and supported, the village and farms feels an oasis of peace. I can only imagine how much better the food tastes when produced with heart.

As a parent of adult sons with special needs this is the model we need a lot more of. Most of the adults we know spend their time wandering the streets and visiting cafes with their carers because there's nothing else for them. Everyone needs a purpose and to feel part of their community. This is a great example of how that can look.

A guy I know was a carer for a kid with a terminal illness (I forget which but it was degenerative and he had a life expectancy of only 21) and I saw him walking around town with him one day. Stopped for a chat and asked where he was going. He was taking him to a local supermarket that had started doing 3D printing services (when 3D printing was new) and was paying out of his own pocket to make him a superhero model based entirely on him. Need more carers like that.

We'll be supporting Botton Village without a doubt...I've already taken a look at their website and now I'm going to share this video with friends and family. A cause very close to our hearts as we have an older brother who is now seventy four years old his name is John and he has severe learning difficulties. I think this is wonderful truly I do and I wish everyone at Botton lots of love and best wishes. Thanks for sharing such an inspirational and heartwarming video 👍

Oh my the farm where they give jobs and purpose to the Special Needs adults is great. This is the Dream of a Special Education teacher in Reno NV. She has an Amazing ability to bring out the best of each of her students. She has been wanting to bring a facility like this to rural NV for years. But being in rural NV is tough. Not a lot of funding. However she keeps trying. Its her love for her students future that drives her. Thank You Paul. Going to share this video with her.

OK, HE CUTS THE RIND OFF THE CHEESE. When we were small, the rind was the best bit to eat! It had such a great taste. I don't know how it forms but it was yummy. There are not many places today where you see this. It never did us any harm ... I'm now 77 (yesterday birthday)

The brie is camembert side. With a little more of maturity, it will be a killer (sorry, French always got a word to say when it comes to cheeses 🤣🤣🤣). Despite, I m an afficionados of your stilton (way better than our Roquefort) and cheddar which supports a north of France recipe of cheddar / beer/ bread, call "welche"

Lard, its 2024 nearly. Make a Butter Pie. (no lard) . Yorkshire cows cheese. it doesn't matter where they make the cheese, its the milk, and Yorkshire cows are like Yorkshire women, angry. And that makes a heaven of a cheese.
