No, think he's getting a bit spoiled by the recent $100 review request. If he wants more than $20 for a review, he should say so. If he wants to limit the number of questions, it doesn't hurt to be explicit about it. Furthermore, wouldn't hurt to say to expect a review within x amount of time. Though to be honest, I have no reason to complain about that.
