Very cool, this type of flow looks like it has a heavily meditative benefit to it.

Thanks for commenting. Do you swing clubs? Where are you based?

i currently live in Canada, but i am originally from Bangladesh. I remember seeing these types of clubs at street performances, years back when i was about 7-8 years old. i dont have experience swinging clubs unfortunately, but i tried it with the stick and water bottle idea that i saw from one of your videos. I play baseball so i was looking for a unique way to exercise my wrists, arms and upper body; and since the baseball bat is kind of like a club, it may increase my freedom of movement, and im really glad i found your channel :)

Himu Yashiro Swinging Clubs offers great benefits for any throwing sport. Indian club swinging can be described as circular weight training that exercises the shoulder, wrist and elbow in ways not possible with traditional linear resistance training. Club swinging will not only strengthen muscles and ligaments, maintain joint flexibility and improve range of motion, but also will greatly reduce risk of future injury. You can perform exercises with a baseball bat, have a look at this video, the club length is 26". kzbin.info/www/bejne/aJLYdaurqcaqi6c Let me know how you get on, if you decide to buy Indian Clubs please do NOT buy anything heavier that 2lbs per club.

Hi there, I just have a question, how often should you do club training? Should you always give yourself at least one day rest inbetween sessions? Thanks!
