pav recipe | ladi pav in cooker | homemade eggless pav bread with detailed photo and video recipe. an unique and easy way of baking indian bread or pav bread using pan or pressure cooker. traditionally pav bread or any form of bread is made or baked using oven but this homemade pav is made using cooker baking. these pav tastes similar to the traditional pav and can be used for the same purpose like pav bhaji, vada pav etc.
pav recipe | ladi pav in cooker | homemade eggless pav bread with step by step photo and video recipe. bread recipes are not native to indian cuisine, yet has been widely accepted. however there are some indian bread variations which are made for particular reasons and occasions. one such indian variation of bread recipe is ladi pav recipe made in pressure cooker for those who do not have access to traditional oven.

I tried this recipe and the pav came out in perfect shape and texture ❤️ Minds were blown at home 🤯 The top of the pav didn’t brown for me but otherwise it was a perfect bun 😋 Thanks for sharing your recipe 💕

I tried this recipe...went out very well...soft and tasty.. the only thing was on it was not brown on top of pav as shown in the video...sides and under the bun it was brown ...pls suggest to get the bun brown on top.

I like your recepies...but one question..how come the salt didn't even change the colour slightly after 30 minutes..ur mould was not even touching salt at the bottom.. usually salt changes its colour in around 6-8 minutes when you put it at bottom..

Not necessarily. I bake using salt and it doesn't change colour. I've been reusing the salt since many months.

@@snehasantosh458 hey roughly 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda for every large glass of flour(Approx 300g )... Better to try out in a smaller batch and adjust accordingly

You can...but it won't rise as well, just saying from personal experience, it turns out soft but not as light as the maida one , if you want you can use half maida and half atta

Yeast ( a fungus species ) is used to partially digest the organic matter - milk, sugar and dough to produce carbon dioxide and alcohol. The beneficial bacteria species present in curd also do similar job, so i think you can use curd. Please note : 1. Fermentation rate depends on pH of curd also, so use slightly old ( sour ) curd instead of using fresh ones to speed up the fermentation process. Depending on the pH and quality and quantity of curd used, the dough will have more or less carbon dioxide gas bubbles, and this decides the fluffiness of the bread. 2. Aroma will be different, since yeast culture develops alcohol, phenols and some other chemicals. 3. First try with small amount of dough.

As it is monsoon try to keep the dough in warm place or heat oven to 50°c for 10mins,turn it off and keep it inside

Hello, I have tried many of your recipes and it comes out delicious every time. I tried baking Ladi pav according to the instructions given here but somehow my upper layer of the pav does not turn light brown in colour. it stays white only. and then I try to bake for some more time then the base of the pav gets burn. can you please tell me what might be the reason for that? Awaiting your reply.

In cooker or kadai we will not get perfect brown in top like oven. So after baking Flip the pav in tawa for few secs. If u use egg, do egg wash on the top.

@yashvi kanani place the pav tray into the vessel and cook on a medium flame for 30 minutes. you can alternatively, preheat and bake at 180 degree celcius for 20 minutes, or until the pav turns golden brown from top.

Hey thanks for the easy recipe.. I made so many mistakes while doing it but still came out safe..the milk i used for activation was kind of warm but then I put it in warm microwave.. I missed to add butter in the dough but still it became fluffy.😅
