I like the presentation, but as non-native english speaker it is sometimes difficult to understand what the trainer says.

In one interview that I had, they asked me "If one of the requirements is not in the user stories what would you do?". What could I answer to that?

Well, Agile and in particular Scrum, is change based, so bring that to the PO so s(he) can add it to the story. As simple as that!
