As for James Levine,he was a prodigy, a pianist & conductor praised by von Karajan & sir Georg Solti.Unfortunately a scandal, well hidden for some years,broke out and forced him to retire from the MET Opera after 35 years of career!

El gran Pavarotti y su inolvidable voz... La primera vez que supe de esta canción fue en una novela. Los protagonistas la cantaban y se reproducía la letra en italiano. Hasta ahora no conocía la música. Es muy hermosa y romántica. La novela en cuestión se titulaba "Alba Grey", de la, autora española Elisabeth Mulder. Fue publicada en 1947 y una buena parte transcurría en Italia.

Alex Ríos efectivamente la más bella y para las canciones napolitstas y algunas óperas como la boheme era el mejor. Pero en la ópera no es todo tener una voz bella. Hay q saber adaptarse a las características de cada composición y en eso pavarotti fallaba. Su canto era anárquico y lo cantaba casi todo igual.
