I've recently gained 4kg around the waist (despite excercising and running; talk about excessive stress eating!); also progressed kb 16 -> 20kg for your WODs -- this one nearly killed me :) Absolutely fantastic 20m!

Just did this with a harrier bell, moved up front 20kg to 28kg. Wow what a difference, was really tough, but got through. Tired now, Amazing what 20 minutes of work can do! 💪 Great workout, Pav, thanks

Great different exercises for full body Pavel!~Excellent results to your body! I did these with 18kg kettelbel it's ok ? i feel them as heavy i can lift them! Keep uploading!

Grazie Pavel, un altro allenamento che farò spesso, ti segue da un pó perché mi piacciono gli esercizi che inserisci nei workout, utilizzo un kettlebell da 12kg che per me è ancora pesantino😂

Pavel, how many pairs of kettlebells have you got you mostly do your workout with 24kg but I see you have a pair of 28kg also. Have a great day !!!

@@RezoUI good question 👍 that’s would be ether Complex “Man maker” or as single exercise Clusters 😃 not sure if it’s really fair answer as both are combination of full body exercises. Think these would be the one I would go for
