The valuation by the expert is correct. It's worth roughly $3,000, sometimes a very slightly bit more but still in the $3000 range. The guy asking $3,500 shouldn't have even came in the store, he obviously wanted max price, that's not gonna happen at a pawnshop, you'll be lucky to even get half of what your item is worth.
@DropsTheMike
@DropsTheMike 2 жыл бұрын
Fun Fact: Pat Contri Brought his Nintendo World Championship cart and of course its worth thousands of dollars. Much more than pawn stars would ever pay for it. But the point was to pretend to offer it up as an interesting piece for the show, but there was never any intention on selling it. Can't tell if thats the case here but judging that the guy wouldn't offer a pawnshop something even at retail value, its most likely the case that the producers just wanted to add something interesting to the show to fill the episode and they all knew a deal wouldn't be made.

But however, Deniz Kahn is infamous for overpricing games in WATA and makes random excuses for “value legitimacy”. He even went to having the same people who works for WATA buy out games from their own stores to fake the demand and pricing. The guy who owns a retro game store near me has one of these. He literally owns every single nes game and the demo machine. And that’s just nes. He has dozens of demo machines. It’s probably a million dollar collection honestly.

I have seen that they actually manged to port gta3 and vice city to the Nintendo switch it seems cool but, Nintendo is really against homebrew of any kind and ban your console for doing.

Yep, I get they want to give its history so people learn something but id rather they either have the expert explain it or just put up a graphic explaining it. Having Rick, Corey and Chum essentially repeat a Wikipedia entry on something just sounds so phoney.
