Did you look at the long terms EPS estimates on tikr terminal? Expecting flat EPS for a number of years in the future due to declining net income margins. Surprised you didn't mention that. Btw, I've been selling puts on this too and doing great.

Where would u enter? Why there? Long-term or just a trade? I don't think they are done and I like the buybacks. I'd like to see a bit of a turn around before I'd step in because I'm no trader.

Not right now, they were higher when paypal was lower, I got a 12% annualized return. But I sell jan 2025, I share everything I do in my group if you're interested

One reason the non gap Epps guidance is low. They are starting to take out stock based comp. They need to do a better job of starting that and why it’s low

PYPL Growing 9%, Eatnings growing 24%. Payments has so much growth future. Your analysis is amateurish basic. Everyone stock has competitors, AAPL, TSLA, FC, GOOG, MSFT, BANKS have 1000s of competitors, yet they pointing fingers at others having competitors.. @@thepatientinvestor9580...You know PYPL is under severe MANIPULATION. Because Wllst kept it too low for too long, too many retailers bought significant amount. So, Bankers aka Analysts trying to repeatedly shake the tree to get rid of retailers. I even believe they underreporting everything. Retails going up, E-Commerce Online business been going up, ie, MELI, SE, AMZN, WMT, COST, TGT, DKS, ROST, TJX, BJ, that means PYPL Revenue should even even better than them. PYPL met and beat all around. Wllst screaming competition from the roof more than a year, PYPL Revenue beat, Growing.. All this Analysts lowering estimates only to get beat every time, then quietly rising the estimates, only to still getting beat. It goes to show Wllst C0RRUPT, the intentionally put a stock in SEVERELY MANIPULATION box for as long as they need to achieve certain level of ownership, shaking the little guys, or may be even me target for 30,000 call options and shares. Especially I criticize expose Wllst C0RRUPTION so I am sure target. Same with my $2m GE position 3 years ago, when they couldn't shake me off, and Wllst was in the grave with huge short position off the book, they changed the CEO CFO, split off the company and value so they don't lose short position. Splitting value to multiple company keeps shorts safe, artificially low price becomes real value price, since many parts been shifted out into individual stocks along with assets and profits..

It's not lying, it's setting low expectations so they can beat, many companies like Hims does the same thing, thanks

As a side effect of this trend, we have investors fudging their numbers in anticipation of less than fully honest information from management. We shouldn't have to read the tea leaves and/or second guess management. Especially since there is a danger of management benefiting from this tactic, as u suggest.
