Lithium has many studies showing lifespan extension, primarily through GSK3b inhibition.

Hey, ya the studies for lifespan extension are pretty inconsistent though. It does reduce mortality in bipolar patients or those with mania who can benefit from the decreased central dopaminergic response and lower glutamate though, by means of reducing suicides, but I haven't even seen anything conclusive enough or even mechanistically that would point to solid evidence for lifespan. The other ingredients made sense, like autophagy promoters, circumin for foxo3a which is one of the most promising longevity genes, which lithium actually reduces btw.
