I was gonna wait to order this book until sometime after it released. Then after watching chef AJ prepare one of her recipes a few weeks ago she had said in order to be in New York bestseller they would count pre-orders and the books ordered one week after release. I did not realize that the timing of my purchase in that small window made such an impact. I ordered my book on the spot. It will be delivered on Tuesday. Let’s help Chef AJ get a New York Times bestseller. The recipes look delicious. Thank you for testing out these recipes and a shout out to chef AJ for putting in so much work to develop recipes like this!!!!❤

I just finished watching all your cookbook review videos! I’ve been whole foods vegan for almost 40 years. I don’t do vegan desserts, if i want sweets (at this point i don’t crave sweets, i do eat fruit) surprised AJ did a book like this 😳. We don’t do sugar , my husband is a cancer survivor his diet changes (especially sugar) is a big part. Sugar is sugar aka date, coconut etc. the body processes it the same as cane sugar.

I’m a Chef AJ fan and want to support her so I will be ordering the book. I’m sure there are recipes in there I will love that are lower fat and sugar. The others I will use for special occasions.
