PCT #69 Such An Adventure

The last days of the trail for me are a mixture of emotions as I descend out of the high Sierras down to the rolling dry mountains of the south. Sherman Pass Road marks the end of the trail for me. Almost 7 months after starting and I’m finally done. Man oh man!
I am proud to have seen such an adventure through to the end, am honored to have met so many wonderful people along the way, and am truly happy to have been able to share my journey along the immensity that is the Pacific Crest Trail.

You really got lucky with the October weather. More than half the years a heavy storm will hit the range between the middle and end of October. Great trip, I watched every episode. I still don't think I want to do the PCT, because, well the Sierra Nevada is big enough for a lifetime and it is by far my favorite mountain range.

I'm back on episode 7 I think but I'm skipping up here for now to leave this comment I've watched a number of other people's PCT chronicles and yours is my favorite for two things 1st no dorky music playing throughout only the sounds of nature (THANK YOU) and second the amount of times you will stop and appreciate the flora and fauna (THANK YOU AGAIN) I'm happy to see that SOMEONE isn't hiking this trail just to "CRUSH" miles and get from point A to B and then boast that they hiked the PCT ✌️ thanks, hans

We met going into Mt Laguna (41.5) while walking through the Burnt Rancheria CG, shared a piece of dirt at Third Gate (91.2), and spent some time talking at the Montezuma Valley Market (101.2). Even made it in one of your videos. I was hoping to see you when you got to my neck of the woods (Echo Summit mi 1092) to provides some TM or TA, but I couldn't get your timing down and you slipped by.
