I sucked my thumb until I was 12 years old going to sleep lol. I was exclusively breastfed as a baby. I think babies who are content can self sooth with suckling their thumb. It's so precious to see too. You're a great mom! Thanks for sharing and being so genuine

Baby Summer is beautiful. Just a little friendly unwanted advice, maybe use some type of pillow or cushion under her head instead of the hard floor, it can flatten her head shape over time. (Mom of 5) trust Me.
