You inspired me, I haven’t played with peaches for years. I picked up a half bushel of seconds, too ripe but wonderful. Cut them up and macerated with about 2 1/2 liters of 70 abv neutral spirits. About seven quarts of very boozy peaches, one long cinnamon stick per quart and froze. Amazing over vanilla ice cream. The peaches are a little intense but wow. I froze a gallon or so of whole peaches to play with latter. I hope they still have peaches this week. Great video, Randy! I picked up 25 lbs of prune plums too, slivovitz in the making!

This is called a 1 1/2 run. Where you strip and then run your spirit run with mash & low wines together. Consider getting a whiskey helmet and copper condenser for your brandies and fruit/whiskey runs, Randy. Would be interesting to see you mix it up. Thanks for another great video.

Adding kosher salt to your mash before you run will help with no puking.

Thats basically what I do. Stripping run then combine rest of the mash with low wines. Not sure if it's correct but I call it 1 1/2 distillation
