Our peaches are small this year, big drought. Yours are beautiful! Peach brandy is the top of my list. Looking forward to your other two. Infused dead ripe peaches is wonderful too. Great video, Randy! Thank you!

deep freeze your peaches, then thaw them out. Then use your hands to mash them up and remove the pit. Then put the mash in a bucket to use a drill mixer. Turns into a nice peach puree. Super easy and quick. 🍻 🍸 🧉

I made a giant buchner funnel with filtration down to 5micron then applied nitrogen to push from above while pulling with a 2stage vacuum from beneath. From 6 gals of thick fermented peach goop , previously tossed I was able to pull an additional 1.5gal of clear wine (7 bottles of wine) that was trashed prior, wow . 🤷♂️though necessity is the mother of invention , greed certainly has made a few contributions 😀 besides no one would toss 7 bottles of homemade wine peach willingly if they didn't have to. Just make sure you have a good regulator (low-pressure reg) and PRVs on both upper and lower of the unit. *Safety 1st*

From what I researched is the level of arsenic in peach pits is pretty much irrelevant in our scenario, and when cooked it disappears.

Thanks for info but they are easy to remove and not needed
