140g glutinous rice, 40g split mung bean, and water
15g dried shrimps, 2 mushrooms, 3 shallots, 1 garlic, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder, pepper powder, dark soy sauce, oil and water
200g rice flour, 50g tapioca flour, and water
