Hmm... do we focus on gang combat between two teams, which would make sense in universe as well as for balancing, or do we just keep it all about fighting 1-2 goofballs who are instantly rolled over with stuns and nothing else? Surely, surely we do that... just give him a hundred billion moves per turn if you choose to do anything other than stun, it'll work.
