Not a massive surprise. Bowie always had his finger on the pulse even up to his death. He knew exactly what the internet had in stall for us when most people thought it would be a simple reading platform. Man was a true icon!

When mason Quinn mentioned The Great Escape a flood of good memories sent me down memory lane. My Mum and Dad for some reason made it tradition to sit my brothers and I down every Christmas to watch the Great Escape. Not sure why it became our household Christmas film haha, but nonetheless it’s legendary. I think it felt different to me as a kid because of the ending. I won’t spoil anything but I had never seen anything like it. Much Love for the reactions!

The Black Country is an industrial area just outside Birmingham. The area got its name from the dirt,soot and smoke from all the industry from 19th century onwards. Parts of Peaky Blinders is filmed in the Black Country Living Museum.

The director Tim Mielants also directed Cillian in Small things like these and the upcoming film Steve ....Cillian and Tim are great friends. Enda Walsh the Irish playwright gave Cillian his first job in Disco pigs and Misterman,Ballyturk and Grief is the thing with feathers worked with David Bowie on stage for Lazarus - Cillian became great friends with Bowie through Enda. Tom Hardy and Cillian have been friends since 2002. He describes Tommy and Alfie as" brothers from another mother". The budget for Peaky is ZERO compared to the US. Cillian as a producer arranges the music as " gifts", his friend Flood ( the U2 producer) arranges artists for the soundtrack. They constantly rewrote the script when they ran out of money.

Any scenes with Alfie in are so entertaining! You could tell Arthur was really holding back his true emotions there with him & the Jewelery scene with Russians was golden greatness! & loved your reactions to Arthur & John strip down scene especially at 12:37 😆 & I remember watching the full reaction of this & thinking poor Dave having to do so much editing/censoring of nudity/furious jumpjng for this eps hehe & I know Aunt Pol is trying protect Michael, but can't blame him for wanting revenge after what happend when he was younger, another banger episode with you guys! 😁💚💙❤️

That's why they use Praper. They seem to be one of the best yt editors imo so DD don't have to stress out too much cause they do the main ep edit. I'm sure he probably does a once over too, but he mainly focuses on intros/outros.
