Very interesting recipe. We Australian's 🇦🇺 "Aussie's" aren't so keen on peanut butter and jam (jelly) and tend to turn our nose up at the thought. But fortunately there are some like me who just Love It... I was brought up on it and still is a favourite on sandwiches, toast and crumpets. Combining it to make a sauce sounds pretty far out there but I can see that it would be a kind of fruity satay with savoury overtones 🤔. I'll put it on the "Round To It".. Thanks 👍😀

When did he pass away? I bought jersey blue cheese a week ago and looked up blue cheese dip recipes and out of 7 videos I saw, I picked his and wrote down the ingredients. Told my wife to get everything and we had everything except apple cider vinegar which he said he loves using. My wife went to get food and grabbed it on the way back. I followed the video again and just finished making it and decided to look at new videos and saw the comments. Wow. I didn't even know the guy and this hurts. Thanks for the recipe bud. Grabbing wings tomorrow. Also, he mentioned eating wings with the dip for football and I said to my wife "I'm off Sundays now, let's make football a thing." And she said "okay". Was looking forward to it. Damn. RIP Steve.

Would there be pros and cons to using milk instead of water in the slurry?
@CookingwithShotgunRed2 жыл бұрын
Slurry: Slurry consists of water or milk and cornstarch, which is mixed in a cold state. Then I cook in slowly with the liquid you are trying to thicken and I transform when the heat is applied there.
