Have you used Tapioca Maltodextrin before?🤓 What have you cooked with it?
@LilJProductionz20113 жыл бұрын
Haven't use it for cooking, I mix it with liquid ass spray to make stink bombs, I covertly sprinkle some on my boss floor daily so he can smell it. He tossed his trash can away one day and another day he called the plumber service in the building. I love It!

Love it, thanks! Questions though. I have some and would love to use it, it not sure how to store the end product so it doesn’t absorb humidity. If it does, can you turn it into powder again or is it lost at that point? Love your work! 🙂❤️

Great Video! 💯 One quick question: But if you want to get rid of the fat in the peanut butter (the goal is to obtain peanut butter powder WITHOUT its fat). is it possible to obtain it this way? I am guessing that we will somehow need to filter the taipoca maltodextrin powder itself from the rest of the peanut butter. Is this possible?
@ChefRudakova3 жыл бұрын
thank you 🤓✌🏻 to answer your question: I don't think so... but nothing is impossible if you put your mind into it
@stevefranklin91763 жыл бұрын
Perhaps reducing the oil content by using dry roasted peanuts however you might try this original peanut butter recipe first. Then you’ll have a control end product wise. Due to the reduction in fats with dry roasted you’ll want to experiment a bit with the tapioca powder. As such you will loose the advantage of significantly increased volume.
@ryannachtrab2 жыл бұрын
I wondered this myself. I get a "6 seed and nut butter" from Costco, and I love the flavor but i don't want to eat tons of calories from oil and fat. If anyone figures out an easy way to get the oil out, let us know!!

Chef! great stuff. any suggestions on how this stuff can be used in baking? I'd love to have the pop of flavor it seems maltodextrin can have when it combines with saliva/a more liquid element.

great explanation , very detailed . thank you :) Is it possible to convert semi-liquid caramel into powder form using maltodextrin ?
@ChefRudakova3 жыл бұрын
I’m not sure. TM is good for converting fats to powders… caramel is not pure fat… so I’d say it’s not perfect… but I encourage you to try🤓 sometimes if you test, you come up with surprising results!✌🏻

I loved your videos, thank you so much. If I make that powder for ex. Even peanuts powder after that do you think I can make like a crumble to get flavor in my crumble? I can put in the oven the powder? Thank you 😊
@ChefRudakova3 жыл бұрын
Glad you liked it! You can absolutely add it to your crumble. But bear in mind that the flavour of the powdered fats like this are way milder than the initial ingredient. I'm not sure about the oven. I hope it helped you a little🤓✌

i Have a question, by using this modified strach does any of the fats gets removed? In products such a PB2 (peanut butter powder), do they use this type of techinque to remove the fats?, loved your video.
@seededsoul Жыл бұрын
PB2 fit is made from a product called peanut flour. The oil is squeezed out, and a waste product of that process is ground up.

Great tips chef! Can I also use mayo or chili sauce to be powdered using this method? And what is the suggested ratio?
@ChefRudakova4 жыл бұрын
Good question, Sandy!😉 You can use any products, that are high in fat for this method. I personally, have not powdered neither mayo nor chili sauce, so what I can advice you is to start with the same ratio as in this video and then adjust it (add more TM) if necessary. Let me know how it will work for your products, I’m really curious to find out🤓✌🏻

Does the final peanut butter powder have the benefits of about 90% lower calories? I have seen a video where you simply mix 2 tables spoons of water with 1 table spoon of peanut butter powder in order to make peanut butter out of it. Will this work the same way and have the same health benefits to incorporate peanut butter into your low calorie diet?
@ChefRudakova3 жыл бұрын
Yes, it's absolutely correct. If you then take this powder and mix it with water, you'll get a really diluted peanut butter with much less calories per gram. But it won't be as intense in peanut butter flavour either 🤓
