花生根對失眠有意想不到的好效果,(香港人稱為花生藤)我試了兩次,一次是1982年,失眠了兩年,看了很多中、西醫都沒有效,後來喝了花生藤煮水,便好了。去年因有些事情困擾,失眠了一星期,喝了幾天,便好了。但在香港很難買得到。
