If you have an air lock, you won’t hear the pop in the middle of the night. The fermentation produces CO2 which needs to escape out

Hi Cheryl, I believe you can , but I’ve never tried it without the yeast , without the yeast it will then have to ferment naturally and will need to be consumed soon after making it 🙏🏽👌🏻

Hi Pearl, I had some other recipe, but your recipe is awesome with all the spices. But the sweetness was less, so added extra sugar. The sound quality of clip is too low and can't be heard clearly. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Y did you add the chilly, tail end filtering you should have added a muslin cloth to filter out the dregs tiny particils but I am still confused about the chilly 🤔🤔
