Exactly my thoughts too, I’m 56 this year. Average blue collar worker, I am a homeowner I have my 4WD and a V8 sedan and a motorcycle. I’m totally debt free. Never very successful in the dating scene usually only got single mothers who were only looking for how much they could get out of my wallet. I finally woke up when I was 49. Now I’m happily single smashing money into my retirement savings and watching more and more women my age that are just realizing that they have aged out of the market with no husband,no retirement savings, no house, and no options. And when they look into the mirror they see a face that looks like a bucket of smashed crabs.

Yeah I guess it just displays a lack of long term planning or responsibility in regards to a sound financial future and or career prospects. I take art classes at a community College cuz they're a decent bang for my buck but a fair amount of girls are trying to get into the tier 1 art schools throughout the country that charge an arm and a leg for tuition, like absurdly high, for a frigging visual arts degree lol. I'm in SoCal, so maybe some of them have wealthy parents who'll bail them out. And granted, many will transfer to state schools that are significantly less expensive in comparison and ultimately the lesser of two evils. But going to a school charging 40k a term for an illustration degree in 2024 just seems like these girls (and plenty of guys) are pretty naive or downright clueless of how it all works.

The community room at my apartment building was used by a few residents to have a "get out the vote" sign up before the primary here in California. Basically it was a "progressive" rally and "attack" ad. One speaker said "When people ask what do you do? You say, I save lives everyday, I am a Democrat!!!!! We are taking guns off the street, protecting women, giving healthcare to everyone, providing food and we're going to make childcare FREE!" Thunderous applause, and all the people that showed up were not "unregistered voters". It was a fundraiser for the local "Democrat Party" in Los Angeles. The audience???? Most young, college student women from UCLA or USC.....and they were not "ugly" most were actually pretty.

The Book Of Numbers was a great read. I think a lot of young men naively are seeking the perfect tradwife/white picket fence path, but they are overly idealistic. Even if getting married is an absolute must in your personal values system, the book is a great read for young men to consider what to look out for when dealing with women. I would say, however, that there simply aren't enough chairs to go around for every young man looking to build a family or legacy. A man should build himself up and first & find peace within himself before he even considers any type of long term relationship arrangement. Be smart, know what to look out for, & don't get snookered by a hot piece of manipulative a$$. A mistake there could cost you everything

Here's a 4th way to calculate what percentage of women are marriage material. The empirical method. Look at what number of women get married and how many of them later get divorced. If they got married and stayed married they were indeed marriage material, if they got divorced they were not. To the second number you can add the women who never got married in the first place, they were obviously not marriage material. Now calculating the percentage of women who are marriage material is simple!
@TimothyJesionowski
@TimothyJesionowski 2 ай бұрын
Cappy will never do this because it doesn't support his conclusion. Go look up "Number, Timing, and Duration of Marriages and Divorces: 2016". It's a US government report backed by census data from 2014. There's enough data in there to slice the question almost any way you want, but overall 35.5% of women surveyed were still in their first marriage. Notably, that number peaks at 50.9% in the 30-34yo age bracket. There's any number of ways you can simulate that experiment with the numbers from that report, but none of them will give you the 2.72% number this asshole shat out. @AaaronClarey If this is your idea of "project evil", then try harder.

As a family-oriented man who wants to have a wife and children at some point, the lack of marrigiable women is a huge concern that we need to be talking about. It’s past the point of no return and crested the hill, it just hasn’t reached terminal velocity yet. Our win is that we get to kick back on the recliner of life with a bowl of popcorn and watch as the dumpster fire blazes. Or, go fishing. Either way, good luck to the rest of you. Great work here, thankyou. I don't know if this was considered, maybe I missed it but you have to look at age as well because after age 28 you have considerably more issues with pregnancy. Being in healthcare myself, I'm familiar with this, it's rare to find a woman in her 30's having her first child and not have minor to significant issues, which can apply to the baby as well. Then you have recovery. Oof. When these women have their first child late in life they typically don't recover like a younger woman, who will go back to looking as good as she did before childbirth. I've seen women's looks drop significantly.

The number is obviously higher. Being a single mother is a deal breaker for men who have no children of their own, but not for men who also have a broken family themselves. If you have red flags and deal breakers yourself you have to accept a woman that has an equal amount. This brings the number up. WAY up. It's, ironically, only if you are a fit conservative man with a decent job and no baggage that you are screwed.

I really enjoy the Daily Wire cast, (among other political commentators) I think they're all great, but they continue to miss the ball on marriageable women and that it's too much risk vs. the reward. I tell everyone the line God wants is obvious, he only wants sex in a marriage, but I have to compromise and can't give God that in this day and age, not with the law and people being as they are, so I draw the line at a meaningful relationship. I tell everyone not to get married. Recently I witnessed in a group of people in relationships and marriage, almost all of them cheated or seemed to be cheating, I think there was 1 single woman and 2 married people or so out of the bunch that did not cheat, and one of the gorgeous married women was trying to make moves on me to sleep with me, it really is a shame. You hate to see the infidelity and debauchery.

At some point you have to admit it's not human nature to be monogamous, and without really forcing it on them they're going to stray.
@waifreviews
@waifreviews 2 ай бұрын
@@manager4409 So, I can agree that there are some things that suggest as much, but it doesn't seem it makes good results at all, we see that in the distrustful, degenerate society, (I think passport bros & dating & family is going to get a lot worse than what we see now, and it's already bad) when people give in to some of their evil nature, it brings about ruin to the society and the world. When people strive for betterment of themselves and society, what God wants, society flourishes. As you say, some things point to cheating and polygamy or serial-monogamy, (not quite the same as non-monogamous societies) like women hiding their ovulating heating periods unlike most animals, like women's bodies choosing men's sperm to slow down and select for certain ones, so perhaps she's supposed to be sleeping with tons of men with and just letting her body choose the best, however; We also look at other factors, aside from simple formulaeic functions of specialty and exclusivity, (the public car is less special than the private one, etc, etc.) and that STDs are not good to live with or for people and they're on the rise, especially with promiscuous people, that pair bonding physiologically with brain chemistry is ruined, that it seems people have issues, (as I do) with sharing toothbrushes and hygiene, but for some reason make special exception with humans even though with sex what we're sharing is a whole lot more intimate and therefor nasty than sharing a toothbrush. Or that it seems these competing resources of chimera in a woman's brain cause her to exhibit far more bipolar behavior than if she didn't sleep with a bunch of men. Similarly, a man or woman has a lot less to value in the other when they're in a polygamous or harem situation. if a bear, (or plethora of other disasters occur) charges at your woman but your woman is only 1 out of 10, then you really have less incentive to rescue her instead of just cutting your losses and saying "I'll save my own life and spend time with my other 9 girlfriends/wives" people do not understand how promiscuity and polygamy take the life out of life.

I feel this. As a Christian, I know that sex is exclusively reserved for married couples. That's just how normal humans have functioned for 2 millenia now. But how can I risk marriage in this day and age? Am I just supposed to be celibate? Or am I supposed to risk losing my financial future all because someone decided to end their relationship with me?

I really think it was a bad idea for the secularists to deconstruct families and marriage. Of course it always would have been bad, but the way it will affect both men and women is just awful on so many levels.

while id say your estimate is probably abit to low in the end with my own lazy estimates being 4-8% i cant say the idea is wrong in any way. best case(extreme optimism) there is 20% of marriageable single women in the 18-30 range and double that gets married so 40% of women get married. even if they all of 2 children that leaves us with a birth rate of ~.8 which is apocalyptic for any growth based economy. you can be even more optimistic then number could give you at best you and still end up having complete economic collapse.

They left out the authority claims that come with McDegrees handed to women to meet quotas. There are very opinionated college women who can’t formulate a thought beyond the fact that someone gave them a degree, therefore people should listen to them. As a woman marriage and kids are overrated. I’ve never tried to be “marriageable” as I saw how subpar and frankly terrible the outcome was. I’m under 25 with assets of $150k USD and a business degree with “useless” majors and going back for more schooling (my student debt is very reasonable at $25k USD and I’ve always worked while studying to never incur too much debt). Happy with my body and my choices in romance, career and finances. Enjoy the freedom and peace of mind of being single. It’s so liberating and makes me so grateful to previous feminists and women who fought so I could have so I could have a wonderful life. My grandmother was mostly a wife and homemaker and while my grandpa was a decent guy she made sure every single one of her kids and grandkids was educated.

When you consider that at a body count of 3 a women has basically lost her ability to form a healthy pair bond with a man and the average US woman (last time I checked) has had at least 12 sexual partners, I'd honestly put the percentage somewhere around, optimistically, %2.
